If you need shoes for DG
Honestly, I really didn't know what to buy with an Amazon gift card this year. Drum stuff? New music stuff? One of those drone things? Ah, yes, more disc golf stuff! Well, I decided to buy these shoes because I rip through my tennis shoes in 2-3 rounds. The shoes were comfortable out of the box, even on my relatively wide foot. They are fairly light for their size, and my 10.5 size seemed to be true when I put them on. They were bulkier than tennis shoes, but they did not feel oversized. I've never owned any decent hiking shoes, but I would say that these are more like athletic all-weather shoes. I could run in them awkwardly without discomfort if I have to chase the dog that is running away while I am putting, and they seem perfect for most of the terrain you'll experience in disc golf. The rough, rocky terrain in more mountainous regions may take its toll on these quicker.Additionally, I would not say that these are "water proof", but they have kept my feet mostly dry when standing in 2-3 inches of water. I used them in the recent flooding in Missouri this winter, and they came out looking cleaner than my earlier muddy round. Now, if you choose to use them in the Great Flood, I would think that you must expect to leave with wet feet as I did. Some of this may have been water soaking in to the shoes from above. Just a note...Ultimately, I will have to wait to see if these last their potential lifetime, but I am happy with my purchase. I wouldn't use these as your dedicated hiking shoe, but they are working well for me as disc golf shoes. If you want them, it's not a bad purchase.***After about six full months of playing 2-3 rounds per week, I have ripped through the plant foot (right) and they are no longer usable. Honestly, I feel like I got my $100 out of these shoes since every pair of tennis shoes lasts a fraction of that time. The right foot has lost some grip and ripped on the inner arch of the foot. I have abused these things to try them out by purposely walking through puddles and being completely care free about footing. I would buy these again, and in fact, I just ordered a pair.I hope these review helps others. I am satisfied with my purchase, but I do wish they had lasted a full year.

GARBAGE DONT BUY
I would honestly not recommend these shoes. They have broken apart on me within the first week i've only played four rounds two 9 hole and two 18 hole and had to superglue the shoes back together twice and I am starting to get a huge hole in the tip as I am a forehand thrower. I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO BUY THIS PRODUCT SAVE YOUR MONEY THEY ARE GARBAGE!

Disappointed ...
These shoes are in no way waterproof, I don't even think you could call them water resistant. I'm not talking about stomping in puddles or anything beyond just walking thru damp grass on the golf course. Every morning I wind up with soaking wet socks and feet. Sizing was as expected I wear 9.5 and the fit was fine but the shoes feel overly large and clumsy almost like i'm wearing some kind of platform shoe. I would not recommend them for disc golfers.

DISC GOLF SHOE
I bought these for my son as he's the one that disc golfs. He LOVES them. He said they're comfortable and totally waterproof. He uses them when it's raining or muddy, even in the winter if it's not too bad outside, he'll go and he said they work great. His feet are always dry. Would definitely buy them again.

convenient multi purpose.
I worried about ground grip. but it was okay. of course it may not be an item for top class golfers butfor ordinary golfers like me who play for exercise and fun. it is okay and convenient. I can use it forwalking and driving too.

Excellent shoes for disc golf!
Awesome shoes! I've been using some plain running shoes up until I got these and love them. They're very comfortable and definitely waterproof as they say (been through some fields with thawing ice). The one thing I will say is some reviews say to buy them a half size bigger though for me, that was not good advice. They were definitely too big at a half size larger. I exchanged them for the size shoe that I normally wear and they fit just right.

Super comfortable right out of the box!
These shoes are super comfortable out of the box. They are quality made and waterproof, keeping that set grass from making your socks wet. It is classy looking shoe as well. If you have a bad round of will be the throwers fault, not the shoe. They just feel great!

Good shoe but doesn't last.
I bought these in June, by October I have toe dragged the left foot to a hole, the right foot has just naturally come apart on the inside of the foot by a seam and the laces have also broken. I do play a lot but I play with the same buddy almost every round who has been wearing the same pair of shoes for 2+ seasons. These have not lasted the test of time, good shoe when new, sized a little large, don't last.
