Bought this to try due to frequent bouts of insomnia (sleeping pills from doc can only do so much). I want sure it would help. The idea of something over my face while I slept. But this is amazing. I cant recommend it enough. So light and soft to wear u don’t even realise it’s on!!! Currently on third one (I keep taking them off in morning then forgetting where I put them!). If u have trouble sleeping I would definately give this a try. Might not work for everyone but can’t go wrong trying at the low price for quality item!

This is good. I get migraines that I can ease by covering one eye. I tried eye patches but the ones I tried were unconfortable, poorly made things barely suitable for a kids pirate costume. This works for sleep, it blocks the light pretty well, some gets in around the nose but it's not much, it can be messed with to make it better and I suppose it depends on the shape of your face and nose. No light comes through the fabric.That said, I mostly use it for an eye patch. I just fold one side up so I can see out of one eye. The mask is soft and flexible enough to accomodate this without damage to the mask or discomfort to me. I'm not a sleep mask expert but this seems like a pretty good, low cost mask that won't make you hot and sweaty like some other masks surely must do with their beefy, pillow like design.

This mask is great, bought for hospital when having our second baby.I knew the ward was bright and this was a godsend.Blocked out plenty of light, slept very well while wearing, overall great mask.

I’ve used quite a few sleeping masks in my time. This is one of the ‘soft’ ones as opposed to the padded/more rigid versions. Everyone has there preferences but in terms of the former group this is the best I’ve used. Very comfortable to wear with good coverage (to block light out). Easy to adjust. Make sure you hand wash it in cold water to avoid damage.

Honestly I very rarely leave reviews but this one deserves one. It’s soft, silky and super for sleep. Slept so well in it so far and looking forward to putting it on again shortly

This is soooo comfy! Have been having great nights sleep and the ear plugs are a nice touch.Completely blocks out any light although the material can get a bit sweaty on warmer nights. I would invest in some better earplugs but for the price, I can’t complain 👌

I became very sensitive to any amount of light and sound over the past 5 years. Night time has been very poor in sleep if I hear any sound or the slightest hint of light. I had tried sleep masks before, usually the strap is flimsy and they don't truly block out light around the nasal area. WOW that all changed last week. I LOVE this mask and ordered a back up. I fits snugly, yet very comfortably around the bridge of the nose, with a hugging head strap. It feels luxurious and blocks out all light ! I had never used ear plugs before, this changed everything, I truly have not slept this well in years !
