Its a very nice bag. Its a 4feet tall bag tht i bought. Its Tough enough to train on or practice. Usually the gyms whr i've been to have punching bags tht r pretty decent. But this one feels tougher and has a better feel whn u hit this bag. So, i would definitely recommend it 2any1 who is looking for a decent workout. U can go hard on this one as i have tested this one for months in both MMA and boxing. But u will have to customize it a lil bit, just to make it stronger, suit your need & to make it last evn longer, if u knw wht i mean.

Any beginner or person who is practicing martial arts can go. It will do the job. Have done reasonable kicks, punches,knees and elbows...it doesnt get soft easily. Feels sturdy yet not hurting. Weight is reasonable. Considering the options available in the market, this one is reasonably valued. About the longevity, need to wait. But feels durable.Buy, your life may get much better.Buy gloves also. Practice safely.

The bag is really good. I had not expected it to be this thick and large. It is exactly the size which is mentioned. Although fill it will some sand after for more hardness

Filled with bag... Delivered via truck... I think it's around 5-6 geeta including chain... Weight is more than 30 kg.. I am beginner and i can't expect more than this..
