A delicious barley-free treat!
We love Zuke's in our house! No matter the kind or flavor, there always seem to be Zuke's on hand.We stumbled across these as we were trying to eliminate allergens for one of our dogs. Unlike the other Zuke's mini treats, these don't contain barley. I ordered these in several flavors and my pups love them! They are slightly larger than the mini Zuke's, which seems excessive as a training treat in my book. They are soft enough to break with my hands or simply cut with a knife. I half them and call it good. Best of all, the price is right and there are a variety of flavors to choose from.

They smell like pupperoni!! Great for dogs on a kidney diet!
Our 1.5 year old dog was just diagnosed with kidney failure. No more meaty treats for him :( . The vet said he was allowed to have any fruit or veggies as a treat, and googling brought me to these. No wonder they're so popular! They smell like, and have a similar texture to, pupperoni! We bought 5 different bags of diet safe treats and these were by far the winner. Will definitely be back to buy more.

Great Snacks
Snacks are great for all around purposes. They are small; so fewer calories for your pet. I have purchased a couple times from amazon and they always fresh. Actually smell good and all my pets love this snack

Miss Picky Found Her Fix !
I normally feed my two dogs only 2 different brand of organic dog bisquits. One very small in size and one about the size of a vanilla wafer. I was needingtraining treats for my young male and saw the Zuke's Super Berry and couldn'tpass it up for Miss Picky. As she has gotten older, she still likes her small peanutflavored bisquits, but I wanted to give her something soft also. When I first opened the bag the smell of berries was very strong. I was temptedto dig in myself. I knew we had a winner before I ever gave her one. Sure enoughshe took to it like a duck to water. Now when I open the bag she smells the berriesand starts bouncing on her front legs with that big grin of her face. There is onlyone other product on the market that gets that reaction from her and my male and it is a chew stick ( Get Naked ).The only problem now is she turns her nose up at the bisquits. She still likes andeats them ( she needs them in her diet ) but when I give her one she looks at me like Dad, this is not my treat of choice. Give me some berries. Two, between the very small cookies and the same sized soft berry treats they aremuch easier to control weight along with a good organic or all natural weightcontrol food. My little girl has lost 1.5 lbs. in about 90 days or so. That may notsound like much but for a little Papillon that is a good deal of weight.Highly recommended by an owner who is very picky about what he feeds his dogsand an older dog who has gotten picky in her old age.

Misleading picture.... Treats are not so small.
While the picture [at the time of my purchase and this review] is completely wrong (showing Greens instead of Berry), that's not my problem. The problem with these Berry treats is that they're not the bite-size I was looking for. The description here made them sound very small and the picture shows that they should be the same size as Zuke's Mini Naturals. They aren't.These treats are a 3D "Z" shape, and are about 2.5x bigger than the Mini Naturals. While that size is not huge, I have small dogs and I was looking for a quick treat for them, maybe even for indoor training. These are too big for my dogs to pop in their mouths and be on their way quickly without standing around chewing for a bit. It would be easier if these were truly soft, but the ones I got were a bit hard and dry, so they crumble a bit when you try to break them (which you can only do awkwardly). But these treats are very healthy and the dogs love them. I'm sure they would love them even more if the treats were soft, but for now they're a nice little snack during a rest or as a replacement for biscuits. These are great for affectionate owners of dogs who don't need any fattening up or who may need to lose a little weight, because then we don't have to stop giving them treats. Although different Zuke's treats have now helped me thin out the chubby dog I recently adopted, I will be buying more of these and the other varieties for my dachshunds.Just fix the picture so people know what they're buying. (You can Google the real size.)

Healthy, small, tasty training rewards. All 5 dogs love these. No soy, corn or wheat
My dogs are huge fans of almost all of the Zukes brand treats and so am I. The Superfood Berry smelled like fresh berries to me as soon as I opened the bag. Each treat is a small square sort of shape, a little bigger than a pencil eraser. I like them for quick rewards and I can give two or three at once. There's no oil or greasy coating either. All of my dogs like these - plus no corn, wheat or soy.

Super Berry Breakfast Treats...
I've shared before bout my furbabies, da Trio, each of them mean the world to me & giving Zukes to them everyday makes me feel just as happy as they do eating them. More importantly now tho is having Treats like ones that Zukes cook up & provide because my middle furbaby has had uncontrolled Diabetes for almost a year now & the only way we could get him to sit still for his Insulin injections was to give them all (I couldn't possibly give 1 treats but not to the others-I'd have a mutiny on my hands!) for the 1st week or so we'd give him a few Zukes & he'd do great. But he got hooked & unless we gave him treats of some kind he wouldn't sit still, he'd give us chase thru the house. So I'm thrilled I've got healthy treats to please his highness, haha, from Zukes to keep his sugars down & his health up. Zukes has such a variety I'm sure we've tried em all at least once but these Super Berry treats are our morning treats after the am injection & he along w/his siblings can't wait for their 'breakfast'. Thanks again Zukes!!!

One of the best treats you can get ...
In puppy training there are 4 grades of treats.1. RECALL - The very best treat reward ... because a recall *must* work to save a nasty incident so tends to be fresh chicken or ham or cheese2. Training - When you want to reward new and good behaviour in the early days3. Standard treats that are there for normal trained behaviours like checking in or mat training4. Low value ... dog will often turn his nose up.These are at the top of the 2 level of treats. All Zuke’s treats, these and especially the oat and peanut butter treats make my puppy wise up and fast to what you are teaching him. So expensive but they soooo work.
