Love it!
This is exactly what I was looking for. It’s sturdy and very pretty! I just put on a Costco large roll of paper towels in the picture shown. Not as much gold shows as the Amazon photo but it’s great with me!

Great product - poor packaging
Poor packaging caused the first one to show up broken. The marble base was in a paper thin box without any filler & was cracked in half. The second one luckily showed up with no problems. Love the look, it's heavy & sturdy.

This works for tearing single sheets of paper towels one handed most of the time.
I like the "pick-a-size" paper towels that offer half sheets. You only need one hand to tear from the roll, when the roll is full and getting smaller. However, when the roll is very small towards the end of use, you will need to hold onto the top. The holder is very sturdy, takes no time to assemble, and takes up very little counter space. I am very pleased with it.

Not marble. Looks great but the listing is incorrect, the stone is some sort of granite or quartz
