Great value
I have been a mechanic for over 30 years, I work on heavy equipment and forklifts. I use this tool all most daily, for about 6 months now. I am very very impressed. This is NOT an impact it is a ratchet. This tool has plenty enough torque for what it is used for. I am also impressed with how long the batteries last. When I wear out this tool I will buy another one.

Not a bad tool for the price.
I'm not an everyday mechanic so this tool was perfect for me. I used it to replace a front wheel bearing on my Rav4. I was surprised by the amount of torque it had. So far no issues.

Great relief on the hands. Follow up review
I have been working with my hands for years and bought this hoping for some relief as my arthritis gets worse. I read reviews saying it wasn't fast enough or powerful enough. I disagree with these reviews. I find the speed plenty fast. I'm not doing factory assembly work and no from experience that turning threaded fasteners to fast can cause threads to gall. As far as torque goes. I think you should use the right tool for the right job. I did snap a new 1/4 x 20 bolt off. If that is not enough I have impacts and breaker bars for torquing. I bought this to relieve my hands from the mundane ratcheting. It has fulfilled that need extremely well. I would buy again.*** I have now been abusing this tool for close to 2 years and have dropped it in an oil drain pan twice and it is still going strong. I am overjoyed with this tool. It has yet to let me down and I am constantly using it.

Good
Great tool I’m a fan of harbor freight but not when you have to buy the tool batteries and charger separate this is all in one and works great maybe even better remember it’s not a impact gun you have to break the nut or bolt lose first

Lazy and loving it
Really makes tear down Quick when Replacing a Part. For reassembly, I use my fingers to start a bolt, If it's very long, I'll use this to get it Close and then snug it up by hand or with a torque wrench. It has enough power to strip threads or break off a bolt head. I wish I had gotten it sooner.

Not as much torque as I expected.
I bought this for my son for Christmas. Of course, I use it more than him. I got this one because it was marketed to have more torque than their cheaper one. Neither my son or I were impressed. We were also surprised at how fast the battery ran out , I was glad it came with 2 batteries. This being the first cordless ratchet I have had, I have no reference co compare it with. So it may have a decient performance, but it sure seemed less than I expected.

ACDelco ARW1210-32 3/8-Inch Li-Ion 12V Cordless, 2 batteries kit
I was expecting to be impressed. I was not.I had some, I guess? "tight" bolts, fully charged (yes fully charged, both batts) and just turned off like hitting the off button. I didn't have a "test" board of bolts to now test it agains. Immediately wondered if maybe - got a bad one.So, I contact ACDelco direct and get what looks like a scripted response - and maybe didn't even see my two very clear questions concerning this. That's what annoyed me - "hey there, glad you bought this and make sure the batt's are charged, all the best" or similar. Not helpful, or what I call good customer service. So, now I am here posting my question - "Torques to 65ftlb or removes torqued up to 65? How handles to tight to loosen? clicks away or shuts off if to tight so won't overheat? Mine turns off?" - I may get a good response, but it's not the OEM.I'm getting a bad feeling and for me - this is an expensive tool, was treating myself. I been turning wrences for many years and when saw 65 ft-lb, thought, "wow, like a *impact wrench?" For it to just turn off like hitting an off switch does not seem like my other, e.g., heavy duty screw guns function - they keep ratcheting since you set the torque, or if put it on direct drive - hold on!, 'cause it will leave your hand. Actually, my battery screw guns feel like they have more guts than this.I would not be so annoyed - if direct customer service didn't do the used car lot response as I call it. And, since last night - no other contact. It asked to rate the support - what could it be. I hate it when it looks like folks don't care, then complain when folks just knee jerk return it and by-pass the "OEM - help" stuff.I hope that helps someone.I think I'll be sending this back and not for an exchange unless I get real confident in this tool. It costs enough.
