I purchased this is as fun gift for a friend. She was surprised and delighted. It’s easy to assemble and works well.

Edit2: they have a warranty section on their website lookourway and I was able to get it replaced.Edit1: Bought this in July for my small business. It worked great a few hours every couple of days, nothing crazy. However, in October the fan broke and there appears to be no way to fix it.Disappointed. $30 for only 3 months of use seems expensive.

I purchased the Rainbow color to entertain the customer children’s. It is gratefully and inspiring to see children’s happy face when they see the dancer moving at the top of the restaurant fridge.When problems arise: Once or twice a year, when the air flow speed decrease and the balloon start moving slowly and the balloon not fully rising up, the cause are that the fan blades, the internal walls and the grills are dirty due to the greasy particles of the air circulating in the restaurant adhering to the both sides of the blades and the walls or the air dancer, causing a slow and restrictive air intake, it is time for an internal cleaning of the air dance.Before doing any work on it, make sure the unit is unplugged from electricity.I just take it apart removing 6 screws, and using a degreaser cleaner, spray on "everywhere" (don’t worry, the fan is sealed but do not submerge it on water or spray on the cables at the connecting contacts or switch).After spraying with the anti-grease cleaner, wait a few minutes for the degreaser to work, then using a degreaser damped cloth clean all the interior and exterior parts for the air flow.When done degreasing it, put it back together, and IT will be AS GOOD AS NEW.Hope this help someone not to trash it away unnecessarily.

My kiddo is obsessed with "wiggly guys", so this was her birthday present last year. She turned him on like every day, as long as she was home. Brought lots of joy. The fan obviously makes some noise, so for a sensory sensitive mama, I had a love-hate relationship with the thing. About a year in, the fan started to have some issues, which I've been meaning to tinker with, I just haven't had the time. I can't see anything visibly wrong with the internal workings, so I'm thinking it's either dust or a wire connection that needs to be tightened.

Ok, so I was buying this for a ridiculous reason in the first place. We feed feral cats, and keep having raccoons eating the food. We have cameras pointed at the feeding station so we always know who is there. We also have many things in our home automated. So my thought was to put this by the cat feeders, and when we see raccoons at the cat food to tell Alexa to turn it on, which would scare away the raccoons, and then can turn it back off so as not to scare the cats. Was extremely disappointed that the unit would not power on when it arrived. There was a note in the box to contact their customer service for any issues, and not the place you bought it from. So I emailed their customer service and it took almost a full week before I heard back from them, with a ridiculously long process to initiate a replacement. It wasn’t worth the trouble to I just returned it to Amazon and will not be purchasing another.

My 4 year old has a wind dancer obsession and freaks out every time we drive by a business that has one, so I wanted to surprise him with a wind dancer of his own. I originally ordered a really small one that was $10 and it was total crap and broke in one day, sent it back and ordered this and it’s perfect. Comes with a motor and charger and works great and he is thrilled. I’ll be ordering a few others in a different color for Christmas so he has a wind dancer collection.

Produit arrivé avec une prise type A je me suis empressée d’aller chercher un adaptateur pour l’utiliser en France. Au moment de le brancher : il ne démarre pas. Après avoir dévissé : j’ai vu que le ventilateur était cassé (les fils électriques n’étaient plus soudés, et arraché du support). J’ai payé 90€ pour un souffleur qui ne fonctionne pas, et je n’ai pas pu l’utiliser pour l’évènement… je ne recommande pas et j’espère recevoir un geste de la part du vendeur.
