fantastic book
I'm a mental health professional, so this appealed to me on all levels. But I love clever cartoons too and this was hysterical, touching, and relatable.

Funny, Comforting, and Enjoyable
Chuck was literally a life saver for me. These comics have helped me through a lot of painful mental health moments. The pidgeons are adorable and so cutely drawn. I adore her art style and the way she leaves some of her comics on a sad note because sometimes that's just the way mental health is.I am enjoying the written pieces of the book. Sharing her struggles and what brought her to write about what inspired her comics makes them mean all that much more to me. I am always sad when others understand but it's a comfort to know I'm not alone and others get it.Her humor is my favorite.I never really thought of pidgeons before I read her comics because I never lived in a place where they lived. Now I look at them and I'm glad to know their history and that someone likes them just fine.

I love this book! It's sweet and funny and honest and raw. I love her artistic style, the pigeons are so cute! I can relate to so much of her work, sometimes it's like I'm reading about myself. I highly recommend this book to anyone who has ever had anxiety or felt their brain was working against them. It brought me happiness and comfort knowing other people really do understand what mental illness is like.

Pidge pals on mental health.
An absolute gem to have in your library and share with other pals. Chuck shares personal experiences that are sure to connect with folks enduring similar circumstance. Regardless if you're a fan of pidgeons or not, it helps having cute renditions of birbs soften the blow of reality, but it also helps that there are more narratives available to shed light on the often unheard parts of life. I love Chuck's work and have been a fan for awhile. I also love these silly birds, drawn and in real life. Highly recommended!

Funny and relatable comics about mental heath
Fantastic little comics that are so relatable for someone who struggles with depression and anxiety like I do. It's comforting to know others struggle with the same situations and it's enjoyable to read them in a lighthearted funny comic format. The pigeons are so cute!
