Incline table does the job
Pretty good product. Sturdy construction looks solid, and looks like it will last. Only issue was lumbar padding could be thicker. Otherwise I like it.

fixed my back issue
As a former competition power lifter, I have had occasional back issues. Recently, I had a really bad back issue where I could not put socks on. I use to rest, stretch and take a lot of Ibuprofen to deal with my back issue. After reading about inversion table, I decided to purchase this table over the Teeter options. The instruction which come with this is crap but you can figure it out. I was a few nuts short in the assembly but was able to use another nuts that came with the table to complete the assembling of this table. This is a sturdy table even with the nut snafu. As a scientist in drug discovery, I am very familiar with the PLACEBO effect, however using this table does provide significant relief albeit for a few hours. I usually invert for about 5-10 minutes at a time maybe a couple times a day.

Good Value
Having several bulging lumbar discs that sometimes leave me unable to walk, I decided to try this product. It came in a few days and everything was in the box (although there were some product changes that were not pointed out in the directions (they changed how your ankles fit from 4 'bumper' pads to two, and two heel pads)). The directions were obviously written by someone who doesn't speak English, as the preface made little sense and the message was lost in translation. After you open the box, that's when the real fun begins. This is definitely not a project that you should do by yourself, and probably not with someone that you don't want to tick off, because it's a tedious process. With an overall time of about 3.5 hours by myself, I was glad when it was finally built. The 'tools' that they give you cut your hands apart since they are cheap... and I was able to use an allen wrench that came with some Ikea stuff that helped and a ratchet set, although at the angles, you really are forced to use theirs. At times, it was awkward and a struggle to get things to line up (especially by myself) and the screws are poorly made and labeled, as well as the directions not being well-explained (I needed a magnifying glass to see them, and it still wasn't clear which screw to use... most times, I just used deductive reasoning and common sense... a tool more vital than any that came in the box). The screws stripped easily, so be careful. Also, they are exact in length, to the point that you don't have a lot of room to get the threads to catch... I'm headed to Home Depot to get some replacements.I will say, it is very sturdy and well put together. I was so tired after putting it together that I only tried it out for a few minutes. I could feel all my bones expand from my ankles all the way up to my neck, which felt great. It was easy to secure my ankles, recline and get back up. It didn't take up as much room as I thought. Overall, I think it's a good value for the money.

Horrible product.
My wife got this for me as a Father's day gift and it arrived yesterday. First off I want to say that I have plenty of experience putting products like this together. I have bought a ton of stuff online and in stores that required assembly. From ATVs (Tao Tao) to other fitness products like stair climbers and treadmills. I also am an assembler by trade for an aerospace company so this shouldn't be a problemNow about the table itself: I picked this inversion table because I thought it looked the most stable considering that I weigh 265lbs and we didn't need one that folded for storage. I started getting stuff out of the box and I was impressed with the durable looks and heft to the tubing. As usual the tools supplied will work but you may as well go grab a ratchet along with some metric Allen sockets and a Crescent wrench or metric combination wrenches. The instructions are fairly vauge as far as calling out washers but they were adequate. Right away I found that most pieces don't line up very well and required a fair amount of force to "wedge" them together to get bolts started. The contour of most curved pieces didn't match their mating pieces. Everything had to be left loose until all nuts were started or else you would never get them started. 2 short bolts on the rear of the unit just thread into inserts instead of nuts. One insert just spun freely and wouldn't allow me to tighten the bolt. Since this piece is inside the tubing there is no way I would be able to assmble the unit properly. On another piece of horizontal bracing that goes between the upper and lower crossmembers I managed to break a bolt while loosening it up so I could get the other 3 bolts started. The hardware is very poorly made and galls very badly, some anti-sieze may have helped here. Also I noticed after I disassembled everything that I had previously put together that almost all the other bolts were damaged. It looks like some of the threads had been hit with a hammer and had been peened over. All from just following the assembly instructions. They had a very crappy appearance to them unlike good made in the USA hardware. I finally got it all apart and put back into the box as nicely as possible for shipment back. All that is left to do now is vacuum the floor to get up all the little pieces of styrofoam packaging and ship it back.I will start looking again for a different unit. Based on other reviews here, others didn't have the problems I did so I must have just gotten a bad one. I guess it happens. Not sure if we will order another one and hope for better results.
