The advertisement is made to fool people. I wanted to buy the capsules but I received a book instead . I paid £35 for a book ??? Omg that’s so annoying.If I could rate this with 0 stars I would do it .

Probably a good book but I’ve ordered by mistake but thanks to Amazon I was refunded even faster then package gets back!
