A Staple for Stir-Fry Lovers!
I recently tried the Chung Jung One O'Food Organic Glass Noodles, and I'm thrilled to share my thoughts on this versatile product. Being a huge fan of stir-fries, I've experimented with various noodles, and these sweet potato glass noodles stand out for several reasons.Firstly, their authentic Korean flavor is spot-on! They have a subtle sweetness that pairs exceptionally well with the savory elements of a stir-fry. I love incorporating a mix of colorful veggies; these noodles hold their texture and integrity beautifully amidst the stir-fry process. What I appreciate the most about them is their versatility. They are not limited to Korean dishes like japchae; I've used them in everything from Thai pad woon sen to simpler vegetable stir-fries. They absorb flavors wonderfully, making every bite delicious. These noodles are a godsend for those with dietary restrictions. They are gluten-free and vegan, making them a perfect pasta alternative for avoiding gluten. Plus, they're free of sodium and sugar, which is excellent for maintaining a balanced diet.Preparation was challenging. They cook in boiling water for just 6 minutes, and you can toss them directly into your dish of choice. This convenience is a huge plus, as my schedule often demands quick, nutritious meals. In conclusion, the Chung Jung One O'Food Organic Glass Noodles are a fantastic choice for anyone who loves cooking and eating Asian cuisine. Whether you're making a hearty soup, a refreshing salad, or a vibrant stir-fry, these noodles will enhance your dish with authentic Korean flair and wholesome goodness. Highly recommended for both their taste and ease of use!

Good, organic, and gluten free!
Great quality. A little more expensive, but worth it for the convenience of having it portioned out.

Terrific stuff
One box = only one serving. Seriously. These cook very quickly and are delicious. They look cool on a plate and even picky eaters will love them. Use with any stir fry or as a very impressive side dish with soy sauce, maybe green onion and/or sesame seeds.

False Marketing!!
Marketed as Organic but the individual wrappers have a Prop65 warning!! It’s not on the box at all only inside on the wrapper! I tried to submit it for a refund but it says it’s non-returnable, why not it’s rice noodles?! Oh, of course, it’s hazardous to your health so with that hidden warning they don’t want it back! It could be the packaging is the actual hazard but the noodles are inside that wrapper and I’m not taking any chances. I tried to post a photo of the warning but it wouldn’t let me. FYI - I contacted Amazon Customer Service and I am getting my money back. Never just kiss your money away, I have always received my money back even for things they say are non-refundable/non-returnable.

Excellent glass noodles.

Good
They taste good but I expected the bags to have more noodles. 2 bags are equal to 1 box of spaghetti. I like that these are healthy and they cook in just in a minute or 2.

Gluten Free, made with Yams...........they're great!
These are the BOMB. By themselves, they have no taste. They absorb anything you put with them. Cooking them took a little trial and error. The printed instructions called for 7 min. cook time (I think) in any case, I cook mine for 11 mins and they are soft and slippery. Try salting the cooking water to give them a base and add your favorite sauce to the water. I like Bachan's Original or the honey sauce. Experiment! Yakisoba sauce is great. My wife cannot have gluten so with these she still gets noodles.
