Yes, the instructions are in Chinese, but there are pictures. Once you slot it in place, there are cylindrical pieces on the inside that allow you to further tighten the tension.I've used it in the wardrobe for very light clothes, so can't comment on strength. But the tension is as high as you make it.Overall, a good product. Just make sure you get the size and colour right before buying!

Los estantes estan muy bien, me salvaron porque tenia ese sector del armario sin nada de estantes, lo que si fueron un poco complicados de poner (al hacerlo solo se complica), pero una vez bien puestos y sujetos van perfectos.
