Me gustó mucho al principio, todo bien pero en poco tiempo del esperado los sensores ya no funcionaron mas con todo y que estaba cargado. Lo tuve que quitar. La verdad una lástima porque me gustaba el producto.

This Seller should make it more obvious on the web page that this only works on a high-profile bathroom sink. Which most bathroom sinks are not.After assembly this product is so far down in the basin that it stays on constantly.I had no issues with the return. Thank you for that!However, I had to go back with a discontinued model that I purchased back in 2017 that is a side mount. got lucky to even find one of them.

I purchased one the utility sink closest to the door, so we can decontaminate without touching the faucet knobs. Works exactly as described. Only issues: (1) I also had to replace the faucet to one that is higher up and has the standard threads on the end. $16. (2) THE INCLUDED WRENCH HAS SHARP EDGES AND CUT MY HAND. Would it be too much trouble to buff that part before packaging? Once I realized this, I used a cloth to hold the wrench, but sheesh. After 3 months of excellent performance and no need to re-charge the battery yet, I purchased another for the bathroom sink. Second one also works fine. Rarely, there is a droplet of water in the wrong place and it wont turn on, but wiping it off fixes that. If installed properly with the rubber washers they provide, I have no leaks. If installed improperly with the wrong size washer or no washer, will definitely leak. I know this because I tried both methods.

This has changed the freaking game for me! I have it in my kitchen and that's the only place I have fun washing my hands! I paired it with an auto soap dispenser and wow... I feel so cool using them both lol. Actually it's extremely helpful when I know my hands are really dirty and I don't want to touch the soap pump or turn the faucet on to spread germs... Extremely fun helpful and cool!Works like a charm! Set up was bit of a pain, mine kept leaking at first, but after some trial and error I got it working w no leaks and it was worth the 30 min hassle for sure!

We purchased this for our kitchen faucet. It didn't fit. We bought another kitchen faucet, it didn't fit. It did fit our bathroom faucet and we like it a lot. Haven't had to charge it yet, so I will probably update this review after charging the unit. When we looked at hands free faucets for the kitchen, they either had batteries where you had to go under the sink to replace the multiple batteries OR there is a model that can be plugged into an outlet. The battery units were of no interest to us, (didn't want to empty out cabinet and crawl in to cabinet to change batteries). The plug in units were very interesting, but our plumber said there are lots of problems with them, including installation and no water if power goes out. This device seemed perfect, although we couldn't find a kitchen faucet it would fit. Fortunately, we are able to take advantage of this hygienic product in our bathroom.

Luego de instalado el producto y funcionando apenas por 1 dia, se partió la base de unión interna del acople al grifo, le envié al vendedor fotos de lo que había sucedido y luego de unos minutos me respondió de forma muy amable que lo sentía mucho y que me iban a hacer la reposición del producto de forma inmediata y totalmente gratuita. Esta reposición llegó y funciona muy bien, lo único que recomiendo es no usar la llave de trae para su instalación, ya que es de baja calidad y tiene aristas en el metal que pueden fácilmente cortar la piel en manos y dedos. Muy buen producto y funcionamiento por el precio pagado.

I loved it. I used on my kitchen faucet. Bought it at the beginning of May and went to charge it and it is dead. It is apparently too late to return it. I would like to have it replaced. Or even buy a battery for it. I can't find any info on it though. Word of warning: You will look like an idiot when you go to somebody else's house waving at their faucet everytime to try to turn it on. They will see you and ask you what your problem is.

So I generally never leave reviews unless I really like or dislike a product. This thing just about had me punching walls in rage. I mean don't get me wrong the actual hands free feature and the valve works really well but the threads on the device were not made properly and have some inaccuracies with the tolerances. I thought maybe I got a defective valve thread because the first one kept skipping a thread right when you thought you were at the top and had it tight.I replaced it with another one and same issues. Ok no problem I'm not going to return for the second time ; going to make it work! I'm the type of person that doesn't like u -turns or going back to the house for a forgotten item! We're doing this live!I tried some plumbers tape, it held for about 2.5 weeks!!!! Yes I thought I was 'Al the neighbor' from home improvement( was that his name ?). Didn't break anything , no blood , wife was happy. Today the thing just bust loose as I'm trying to brush my teeth.Look I get it there's a few different makers of these hands free faucet attachments on amazon and not all are made to the same quality. I'm just sad because I really wanted this to work and for the most part it kind of does. Weird thing is that I put the original faucet tip back on with no issues so I know it's not the threads on the faucet itself.I'll be returning this one again.
