Very good product, nice colour changes and no effect to hydro jets

Product great at first but then light got stuck on red and wouldn't change, advised Amazon about this and they referred me to Lazy-Spa, which was a mission in itself trying to get some sort of support for it, to then be told as I bought it from Amazon they cant help me, so basically I got a complete run around and no-one offering any help ! Complete waste of money

They are a great accessory for your tub and in the dark evenings bring the tub an extra ambiance, feels and looks great. I already have two in my tub and bought two extra, all worked fine, but after 1 week one of the new ones stopped working. Just got round to contacting Lazy Spa but can only get through to them by phone... and guess what, they are experiencing high volumes of calls, so after waiting what seemed an age I gave up.The jets are not as forceful as the ordinary jets but that's ok as the rest of them and the bubbles make up for it.I know I could wait and call again, but these days that's all I seem to do if a product is faulty.Our tub sits just right in an old shed we did up to accommodate it, so I'll probably buy another as it does make the tub and water look good in the dark!

No real instructions on how to it so iv not been able to use it.
