I am a neonatal nurse and this is perfect for my area! It looks exactly as pictured. Seems sturdy, not bulky. The only thing I don't love is the alligator clip swivels a lot, like it's very loose.

I’m thinking mine might be broken? The clip is way too loose and spins constantly out of direction. It’s never sitting upright on my top. You can’t even see the badge when I’m wearing it because it hangs to the side. I just started my first nursing job, and the return window for the badge closed yesterday...

It’s so cute but the reel itself does not stay in place and isn’t too great.
