Q: Are these speakers just for pure sq or can i use on sql i want the speakers to be me little loud but clean?

From a car audio installation point of view, well, yeah. Though they are really decent speakers they arent what most would consider sq quality but they do perform well at high volumes. Imo, these are perfectly priced in regards to other speakers available. They sound good, get pretty loud, but there is a difference in sq and such that other brands do better, but cost more. Depending on how flexible your budget $20 more a speaker opens up some really nice options from SB Acoustic. A lot of ppl who have owned the flutes (and liked them) tend to upgrade to the sb acoustics and rave about them. Those are my plans too even though i really like my flutes. The higher cost seems very justified. The flutes are still great. Especially, or mainly, cause of the awesome price.

Q: Do these come as a pair ?

I ordered these off some Madison speaker website and they did not come in a pair. I did not order through amazon but I would assume it's the same thing
