When I saw one flap of the box opened, I suspected there was a problem. Opening it completely, there was evidence of at least one or maybe three Prego jars broken. The Prego case was lying on its side instead of flat in the box. I was offered a $2 refund and had it upped to $10.42. This item is not returnable so buy at your own risk.

One jar was busted sauce was everywhere

Sauce is good, shipping/handling is terrible
We use this all the time,We've received 5-10 orders and only once has there not been a broken jar in the package. Like, broken when they grab it off the shelf and its growing mold in the box by the time we get it.

Odd taste
Wasn’t thrilled with this product. Had an odd taste to it. Had to add a lot of seasoning to it. Will not order it again
