Provided the surface is clean, this paint covers and protects steel very well. Highly durable and UV resistant. It looks awesome on everything I've tried it on.

I have an old pick up truck. I also live in the Salt belt. Thus paint reduces the amount of work preparing the surface and makes a permanent repair. If done right, I've never had the rust return.

I applied the Rust Bullet auto version as a primer as recommended. Followed exact directions, the second coat "gassed" causing paint bubbling needing to be sanded. After 4 days of drying then sanding, I applied the Rust Bullet Black Shell as directed with the recommended catalyst. 3 days later the 1st coat of paint had not cured. Waited 6 days for the paint to fully cure. Sanded again to apply a 2nd coat. Going on 8 days since application and still tacky.This paint is garbage!!!Use POR15 this paint is complete trash!!

Very good product just dont get on anything you might not want coated

It goes on nice and drys in 24 hours, makes my truck look new again

first time we used this product ..sprayed on easy enough...good adhesion ..dries glossy ..encapsulates the chassis ..Seems to be air tight .. dried to the touch 8 hours... 24 hour to apply a top coat ..... does not come off what ever it dries on . Including skin .I will use it again

I am very pleased with how well this rust Bullet works for the classic cars being restored in my shop. I don't do a build with out it...

When the product was brushed on (wet) it looked great. When the product dried it began to have a mottled appearance. I applied the second coat following the specific instructions. Same result: a mottled poor appearance. I waited 48hrs scuffed the surface and tried a third coat. Same results but looks even worse. I ended up sanding it down and using another product and had perfect results. I would not buy again.
