I was pretty excited about this when it arrived. It was super comfortable and really cute. However, within a couple days the mat underneath started to shift. I have to readjust it every few days, I could probably put the grippy stuff I use for area rugs under it but it’s just one more thing to fiddle with when I sweep.I’m very disappointed in the durability of it. The edge of the rug is fraying already and we’ve barely had it for a month. For the price I don’t think I’d buy this again. I love the idea... but the actual product is definitely NOT worth the price.

The rug is beautiful, exactly as pictured. The feel and relief on feet is great. That is why it is so frustrating to be considering doing something different because of the frustration of how the gel mat "walks" its way out from underneath the top piece. I have all gel pads installed (the 2 under the mat and the corner pieces for the top piece) and just a few steps on it will start the gel pad moving and showing out the ends or sides. Every single day (sometimes more than once) I have to get on my knees and readjust the gel pad just as other reviewers reported. The corner pieces on the top layer hold very well so I don't understand why the sticky gel pieces under the gel pad do not. It is maddening to have something that looks and feels so perfect and to have this chore constantly of pushing the gel pad back under the top rug. If that did not happen this would be a 5 star review because they are great in every other way. EDITED TO ADD After a couple of weeks of use the edge binding is fraying excessively. Very disappointing.

this is a gorgeous rug... I’ve had this on my list to purchase but this runner size was out of stock. Once I got the notification that it was back in stock, I purchased it. I saw previous reviews about the quality of this rug and I hoped those were isolated incidents. Unfortunately I was wrong. I was disappointed to see the same issues with my rug. The edges are “snagged” looking. The quality isn’t worth the price. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a beautiful rug, very comfy, and I love standing on it when I do the dishes, but I will probably never place it in the washing machine because if it already looks the way it does now.. I can’t image how it’ll hold up in the wash.

looked great at first, and is nicely padded. but the 2-piece solution does move about, with the under-pad working it's way out from under the upper carpet. most annoying. yes, I carefully cleaned the tile floor before setting the carpet. this carpet solution needs more thought. I will eventually toss the nice pad, and keep the upper carpet only.

The rugs are beautiful. The Gelly Grippers will not adhere to the rug and they pull up the wood off my floor. Why would they sell something that doesn't work? I contacted Gel Pro and the woman was nice and said I'll send you more grippers and pad, but same thing, it don't work. I have to reposition the rug on top of the mat all day long. It's frustrating. Throw the expensive mat and grippers away and keep the rug. The grippers stick to everything except what they were intended for. I had pulled up most of the wood from under the rug now. It's not worth it. Besides the damage to my floor, the mat has a hump so you trip stepping onto the mat.

I bought this rug to put in our kitchen in front of the counter and stove. I has a bit of a ‘squish’ feel to it which I love. The sticky edges are amazing! No issues with the rug sliding around. The sticky edges are velcroed to the bottom of the rug so if you need to re-adjust the rug on the floor, you can just pull the rug away from the Velcro and then stick it back down. I have pulled up one of the sticky edges and it did not leave a residue on my hardwood floors. Vacuums well. I haven’t spilled any liquid on it yet or washed it in the washing machine.

Apparently you'll need a certain gel pro mat to go under these... I had bought a few newlife mats from gelpro a couple years ago and got these to go on top because I thought they were for them.. but they aren't flush with the floor and there's an open lip around the whole mat. Wished they would have worked.. the rugs are really pretty and seem to have been durable. Something else i didn't know is that the sticky part that sticks on your floor is actually meant to stay on your floor, and when you want to wash them they come off the rug with velcro

I needed a rug in front of my kitchen sink. Every kitchen mat I looked at in a store or online was so ugly. Then I found the GelProArtisan Ergo Comfort Nevermore rug set. The different patterns were so pretty. As I read the reviews, there was a recurring issue with the top rug moving and having to stick the corners over and over. I have luxury vinyl, and I have had NO issues. Many of those complaining had tile floors. Perhaps that was the cause? Anyway, I got the 24x76 dusty blue Heritage. Comfortable and so pretty. Haven't had long enough to comment on cleaning. Will buy the smaller versions when my color is available again. Love this rug!!!
