Good product that I am enjoying
I put on way too much weight over the lockdowns. My gym membership was also going to waste working from home. I cancelled that and for the approximate cost of 4 months membership I bought this device. So far I am really impressed with it. First things first, you aren't going to get huge muscles with this, or become really strong bench pressing great weights. With a maximum of 25lbs of resistance there is a limit. Besides that is not the intended purpose of the portable gym.It is good for toning up and helping to lose weight by helping to build some lean muscle mass. There are plenty of different exercises you can do, as well as numerous workout videos on the OYO site and on their YouTube channel. Beware some of them can be a bit cringey with the "you got this" and "focus" commentary from the narrator ;-)I have eased myself into a nice routine. When my lunch break starts I stretch and warm up then put on the next video on one of their programs and get a nice little workout for 20 mins to half an hour. Some of the exercises you can do mix different body groups. For example you squat, then squeeze the portable gym together with the chest while in the squat position then as you raise up and pull the handles to do the back. Some of the exercises are easy and others I am currently finding a little challenging because I have let myself get out of shape far too much.I have had days where I really feel the muscles ache the next day so I know I put the required effort in.It is pretty simple to use, it comes with leg attachments and an attachment to use on a door. The videos give you 15 or 30 seconds to swap the attachments in-between exercises.I have used resistance bands in the past, and while I don't have a problem with them, I do like that the resistance on the OYO portable gym is pretty consistent. You feel the resistance at the start of the exercise all the way through. With the resistance bands the resistance tends to be lax at the start of the exercise and builds up as the band stretches. The flexi system this uses is pretty clever in the way it works.I am very happy with this purchase and I am actually enjoying using it. If like me you want to lose weight (obviously eat healthily too) and tone up a bit, I recommend this. It is good value for money if you take into consideration how much a gym membership costs over the course of a year. It could even be taken on holiday because of the portability of it. It is much easier than lugging around dumbbells and free weights.

Good quality equipment but minor let downs for the price
Good so far but minor let downs...The good:1)The equipment is good. It takes a bit of getting used to but it feels solid and good quality.2) It came from Amazon within two days so delivery is quick compared to getting from oyo direct which says on their website its 1-2 weeks3) Phoned client services about the negatives below and they were helpful and friendly4) The YouTube videos are good5) 3 year warrantyThe bad:1) The links quoted to go to the website don't work...you get the 404 page not found. Fortunately when you go to the website you can find the pages but it's poor the document and box shows incorrect URLs2) For 150 quid I would expect all documents to be in the box...they not...you don't get the exercise poster or nutrition info. When I called they said oh wasn't it in the box..we will get stock by the end of the month...if you call back then we will send...although helpful this is a bit poorIn summary I think it's a good bit of equipment...I will get good use out of this... On the minus...it feels like oyo is just starting up in the UK and have teeting issues... unfortunately for the price you expect better... hopefully they can resolve for others going forward

A novelty
Not bad as such but very much a novelty. Nothing that can't be achieved with 5 minutes of sit ups and a plank or two for free.

Easy to use
I purchased this item during the Black Friday event, excellent value, it appears to be well made and even in my late sixties, easy to use. My only frustration to date is that I’m to slow changing to the leg straps during the workout videos. I had a bullworker in th 70s and struggled with it, this is a lot easier to use a way way more versatile. I recommend this item

Get fit before it kills you.
It would be useful to be able to download the videos to be able to play while away from home (if that ever occurs again!).They gym itself is well made and there are plenty of exercises to keep you occupied.

Portable Gym you can take anywhere
I'm really impressed with this gadget. It is small and light enough to take with you on camping trips or to the office etc, but allows an amazing array of exercises to be done.I am doing the '10 week challenge' to see if I can tone up and shed about 5lbs to get to where I would like to be. I haven't told 'her in doors' about my purchase to see if she notices my miraculous body transformation!

Quality equipment, shame about the program
Purchased model with bulb handles would not recommend as grip not got for some exercises. T handles maybe. Equipment seems of good quality. I'm on 28 day beginner program, week 3 day 3. To be honest disappointed with program, no alternatives for plank, or push up. Day 2 and 3 the same workout?
