Before this, I had tried Raspberry Ketones Fresh and it worked. Even when I wasn't maintaining a good diet, I still lost about a pound a week. The only reason I'm not using that product anymore is because of the price and the trial period scam. I decided to try this because of all the good reviews, but I should have taken a closer look at the ingredients. The one I had tried before had about 1200 mg of raspberry ketones and nothing else; it was just that and it was all natural. After about 2 weeks of taking this humming leaf ketones, I didn't lose any pounds and I did not feel like it either. So I looked at the bottle and saw that 2 capsules only had 500 mg of ketones and the rest were the other ingredients. I know that everyones' bodies are different, so I guess these ketones couldn't handle me! I upped my dosage to 2 capsules twice daily. Still haven't noticed any difference. I, also, didn't feel more energized and I still snacked more(but that was when I took 2 capsules daily). I even decreased my calorie intake and have been more active but my weight has been the same as when I first started taking these ketones. So I'm going to try one that has pure ketones only and more mg. I found one that has 650 mg In each capsule and you take twice daily. I believe that one will help me lose the inches!

This product works by "filling you up" before you eat. You still have to understand appropriate portion sizes and how to cook in a natural and healthy manner. Weight loss is calories in v calories out. This is not a magic pill. You must take full responsibility for what you eat, and make sure to exercise with an increased heart rate at least 4 to 5 times a week.

I just got this product a few weeks ago and I have seen a difference when I workout I can tell a difference in the way my body reacts. I only gave them four stars so far, because I have only been able to use this product for two weeks. Once I have used this product longer I will give them more stars if I see more results. I do recommend this product.

First of all the seller does not accept returns on this product or refunds. I had a different brand of Raspberry Ketones which worked well until I ran out and they worked pretty good. These Raspberry Ketones from Humming Leaf Nutrition did nothing for me as far as weight loss, fat burned or any other noticeable improvements. Will not buy this product from the company again. I have to locate my old bottle of Raspberry Ketones and order more from my old supplier.

The taste is pleasant enough - they are pretty good sized pills as are most of these organic supplements. I have no idea if they "work", but they don't seem to cause any negative effects either.

I've only been using this for two weeks but, people have noticed. I'll know for sure when the second bottle is used. I like it so far
