Handmade Blown Glass Autumn Leaves Leaf Pendant Necklace, Cute Fashion Jewelry for Women and Men

Lemme begin my review with the first impression I had. Now, I'm not usually one to order something that hasn't been first reviewed, but this was an exception. Not only did it arrive quickly, but it arrived with a cute, carefully hand-wrapped packaging, with a sticker that said "We're Handmade", which is just adorable! The wrapping was bubble wrap but they did it in a way so that it was artsy and fun. When I opened it, it came with two leathery-like material necklaces with little silver chains at the ends to hook it together and adjust them if you wished. The necklace it was on was worn so that the pendant fell around your neck, somewhere either on or near the collarbones (depending on the wearers makeup), while the other necklace feel somewhere around the bottom of the rib cage to naval (belly button) area. I don't necessarily know that I would trust the necklaces to last, the material is nice and all but after constant wear, I'd assume you might need to replace them. I personally wear necklaces without removing them, though, so if you only plan to occasionally them, then you should be more than fine. The necklace itself is pretty light, but given that it IS a solid glass pendant, it is a bit heavier than normal necklaces, therefore it probably needs something a bit sturdier than a cheap necklace. Thicker leather, like what I've received, is most likely the best to go with, just make sure that it securely holds the pendant- I don't know how fragile it may be. It shouldn't hurt your neck AT ALL though, it's very very light and delicate in touch and weight. The pendent itself fits like a smooth glass stone in the palm of my hand, it is about two inches big, maybe an half an inch to an inch thick. It's shaped like a teardrop and is very beautifully crafted, with no flaws on the surface of the pendant or the inside, where te design is. The inside of the pendant is a fiery brown, orange, and gold color, with some kind of leaf impressed into it, like the picture shows. The thing I found to be the best about this product, was not only that it was shipped with two necklaces (rather than one, which was what I had expected), and gift wrapped nicely, with no flaws or anything, but that, when I opened it, it was so gorgeous. The pictures give you only a general idea of how it looks, but it is truly unique in coloring and vibrancy. I don't think any picture can really capture the gorgeous essence of the pendant or the fiery design it has. I bought this as a birthday gift for my mother on the 15th of March (her birthday is on the 24th) and I had been expecting it on the 21st, but it came on the 19th, which was several days prior to what I had expected. I have never been happier with a purchase from Amazon and I know my mother will be happy to receive this amazing gift, as I have never seen anything like it. I can't give enough thanks to the company and the artist for the joy this little gift has brought to me and (hopefully) will bring my mother.
