Bad QC and Customer Service
It does sound good BUT, here are the issues. The drum head in the bottom area of the hand indent for holding is wrinkled and overlapped a bit where it is glued. The Black Swamp logo in the center of the head is not printed cleanly, spots missing along the bottom.I question Black Swamp's QC and Customer Service as I have contacted them twice with NO response. Not acceptable for the price that I paid. Thus I will give only one star and will consider other options in the future.(West Music has been great with their response though.)
