We just got back into brewing fine tea in the gongfu style, and I wanted a traditional set. Using this is fun and rewarding. There is nothing about it that feels cheap.The white porcelain is very thick but still translucent to light; it sheds heat nicely in the pour between the pot, the filter, the gongdao cup, and finally into our cups; one pot of tea fills each of the four cups once (or in our case, each cup twice). Within a minute of pouring, we can enjoy the fresh tea at an optimal temperature.It's a pleasant and complete set for brewing fine tea over and over, and it's very simple to clean up. The tray drains well and cleans easily, and the inclusion of the carrying case makes me feel confident that the set will hold up nicely when we move house.The price was very, very good for a set this complete and this well-made. Dehua porcelain has a very good reputation, and it's nice to see it held up.

The delivery was very quick! Compact, portable, nice looking, and good quality.

The cups are smaller than usual but my mom really likes the aesthetic! The cups do stain easily so don’t leave tea in them for too long.

Just rec'vd my tea set, well package and no damage pieces. Since I know how to do the tea ceremony and which is OK, but I do hope they come with the simple introduction booklet and show how to do tea ceremony for the beginners.

I had been looking around for a while for a tea set, that should be protable, looking nice, easy to use and not too expensive. All these requirements seem to difficult to satisfy until I saw this one. Now I used it at least twice a day and enjoyed it a lot! As a tea lover, nothing is more fun than having a few cups of tea after lunch and after dinner, with a nice tea set.

I just love it! I'm sooooo in love! This is my 3rd East Asian tea set (bought my other tea sets in Korea) and I am amazed how fast the delivery was. 👍PS. I see other people's review here saying that the pots and cups are small and that is good for a doll house. Well, for those of you who doesn't really have an idea and doesn't know what traditional East Asian (Japan, Korea, China, Mongolia, Hong Kong and Taiwan) tea pots/cups are, they are meant to be small! Small pot is to put small amount of water this is to allow (tea leaves) more precision in the brew and to infuse more quickly, when you have larger amount of water, you have to brew the tea leaves longer. While the purpose of small cups allow the tea to cool quickly for drinking and to appreciate the fine quality of teas. Anywho, try watching Korean historical series or Chinese/Japanese movies/series then you'll see.... this is how small they are.
