Sticky tape
I used all the corn husks not the corn and layer next to to glue trap after a day or two they all had to have it. Worked like a charm. Caught a ton of fruit Flys. Nothing else worked for me all were just a slow process never really clearing up the mess.I did try to add a new husk each day maybe keeping one old one for a few days in case they liked that. I dont see any more fruit Flys but keep the trap going they may have a cycle and could have layer eggs. Hope this help youWhat I have noticed after this review was posted is when room got much cooler the tape does not stay very sticky so only effective in hot weather

Works great for cherry and berry fruit flies
Been using these this year to reduce the population of egg laying fruit flies in our blueberries. One sheet has lasted nearly a month, and once about half covered with bugs, I flipped it over, and uncovered the 2nd side. Both sides remained sticky for over 2 months, even with a random rain or 2. Best of all, I can see a few random fruit flies stuck to the sheet, and almost no berries are infested with larvae.I used ammonium carbonate as an attractant, poured directly into the Vee created by bending the sheet in half, and hanging it from the provided twist ties. This will slowly vaporize into ammonia gas, and needs to be replenished every week or so, but a little goes a long ways.

Works great! Resist rain! Beware will trap more than you bargined for.
Worked too well. I had a baby bird, that must of fallen out of it's nest & somehow landed in my garden & got stuck on the sticky trap. Then on another one a little lizard also got stuck to it & I had no idea of how to help them. That was truly sad. I am going to buy the smaller shaped KGK traps this time. Maybe that will help.also, I was disappointed that it only came with 2 trap holders. That was the only true disappointment. Didn't keep me from buying it again. On my second purchase they had also added twist ties along with the holders. They work fine too.Other than those 2 little issues, this product is great. Does what it is intended. Resist rain which is priceless & it rains a lot in Florida!

Great item, works as expected. both sides are treated with sticky. You can easily cut to desired shape if you want or just leave them big and whole. Comes with 1 plastic holder, 10 speedy ties and 10 sticky sheets.

Works much better with some insects than others
I'm updating my review to reflect the fact that the pads are starting to show some effectiveness. After a week or so, there are indeed dozens of different insects adhered to it. Unfortunately, the nasty flying gnats I bought it for seem less interested in it than other flying insects. It seems to have trapped small mosquitoes and other little nasty buggers pretty well though. All in all, don't expect miracles, it's not going to eliminate all your insects immediately like spraying them with a pesticide, but if you are patient, it will indeed attract and catch a fairly good volume of insects,

These work great!!! Everything sticks to them!!!
Bought these in an effort to reduce insecticide usage for our outdoor container plants. You won't believe how many bugs these caught in a very short time. They come with holders and have holes and wires to hang them from. We cut them in half, exposed only one side, let them do their job for a couple of weeks then reversed them and exposed the other side and they worked great! We have been using them all season and still have about half a package left. Great value, great product.

Gnat trap
I loved these!! You can cut them to any size you want. You can hang then up or attach to anything. We used old wire hangers to attach. Worked well within an hour. Would definitely recommend these!!

>>> Not Half As Effective As Catchmaster's!
I've been using Catchmaster's yellow trap cards for years -- to catch dirt gnats which start to show up once we bring our houseplants inside in the fall.I bought these KGK traps because the price of Catchmaster traps had gone up a lot -- and the KGK traps were CHEAP.But for 4 months now, I've been staking or hanging a Catchmaster card right next to a KGK card in each of my plants.Maybe Catchmaster's are STICKIER or TASTIER to a dirt gnat, but it's clear that these KGK traps don't do the job that the Catchmaster traps do.The Catchmaster cards show 3 or 4 TIMES the number of gnats versus the KGK card right next to them.Plus, the KGK cards are flimsier, the paper covering you have to remove tears easily, and they're just not as easy to use as the Catchmaster.Next dirt gnat season, I'll pay the price for Catchmaster. They're worth it.
