How do you use this product? Directions are not in English. I have tried rubbing on a few times and it doesn't get hot at all.

I used about one penny size cream to rub my kneels and got red then burned later (no blister though, but really hot and painful), that I had to raise immediately

Will this help my hand tendonitis pain?

It temporarily helps ease the pain of sore muscles for me. Not sure if it applies to tendinitis.

does not do the job its supposed to.

I got to this product which is marketed as a warming gel to keep you warm in cold temperatures, if that is why you want to buy it please avoid it. It does not work as a body-warming gel. It is actually a muscle pain relieving gel, but it does not do a good job for that either.
