Description
- Developed in Pakistan, this fast growing mulberry it is very tolerant of heat, humidity, sun, droughts and poor soil as well as disease-resistant. Growth to 40', Pakistan is covered with heart shaped leaves and is an excellent shade tree in any landscape. A prolific bearer of oblong fruit, red to purple in color and about 4" in length. The sweet, raspberry flavor and low acidity make this ideal for cobblers or fresh eating.
- Cultivation: Matures to be 40-50' tall. Ripens April through mid-summer; Plant in full sun and well draining soil. Prolific bearer in the spring and summer, Self-fertile. Zones 6-10.
- These 4-5"+ plants come in 2.5" x 2.5" x 3.5" deep pots.
