The advertisement states last longer than regular ice? Not really. But they work okay.

Nice to have an extra set of pads. Sometimes you need a little extra ice. Sometimes you forget to refreeze the inserts in your wrap. Make sure to order proper size for your wrap. Shipping is quick from this vendor.
