The most important innovation in tremolo systems since 1978.
This is SO brilliant!! Thank you to the inventor/designer. My love/hate relationship with locking tremolo systems is now one of pure JOY! I cannot believe it took so long for someone to get this RIGHT. I just bought my third one. First one went on a Schecter E-1 with original Floyd Rose. Second one on an Ibanez RG Premium. Just wow. Goodbye wobble, hello laser fine articulation. And if you have a floating trem, these guys make THE BEST tool in the known universe for dialing your intonation. Quickly, efficiently and elegantly. Accu-locator. Just buy both. Thank you Red Bishop!! Please invent more cool stuff! Domo arigato!!

The best arm ever! And I've tried a TON!
I've tried all kinds of tremolo arms over the years. I've tried off-brands, 1000 series arms, original arms... even the Push-In style arm that Floyd Rose sells directly. All of them have problems. The screw in arm styles always fall victim to the same thing. Tension is lost over time, and there comes a point where it can't be tightened any more. The Push-In style was the closest to being the best, however, the design is seriously flawed. The collar is plastic instead of a rubber material, so it cracks over time with tension, and instead of equal tension around the collar, it is reliant upon one screw that puts tension on one side of the collar, which causes the cracking over time. This further causes rattle and an uneven feel. Now, the Magik-Arm is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! Since it isn't a screw in design, it won't jostle itself loose, and the torque cap screw applies equal tension around the tremolo arm when tightened, so it won't be uneven in the slightest!I've been playing around with it for awhile, with it not coming loose once! Not only is there no play or noise, there is absolutely no problem with tightness! It took me way too long to find this product! PLEASE NEVER STOP MAKING THEM!!!

Easy fix to a nagging problem...
Lost the original threaded arm to my old (eighties) Floyd bridge I had dropped into my latest FrankenStrat. Got a replacement arm which was solid but just too much wobble unless I tightened it all the way at which point it didn't swing freely. So I took a chance on this replacement system and it is WAY better. Plus it's a pop-in, no more spinning the arm in. Assuming there are no plastic bushings to wear out any time soon this is a keeper...Forgot to mention, very simple swap and it came with the two correct flat wrenches to remove the nuts (one above, one below) on the base plate.

Perfect!
I used to go through replacement arms every several months, they always loosened up and the play would drive me nuts. I have put this on both of my Floyd Rose systems and they are so much better. I use my trem more than most and it's integral to my playing so it was well worth the money spent! Highly recommended. Thanks to the manufacturer for making this available.

Not as good as I hoped it would be!
I was hoping this product would be the "end all" to the Floyd Rose arm? The RB Arm is very simple to install, take-off the old FR Arm, Adjust the RB Spring then install the assembly. Within 15min and the thumb Collar "Very Tight" I Can Hear and Feel a "CLICK?" this is the reason I hated the Floyd Rose "Thumb Tightening" Arm. I've had Every Version of the Floyd Rose Arms and the "Push-In Version" by far is the BEST to keep the Arm from Clicking/Wobbling! It's not perfect, the FR Push-in arm does get a little loose, for me within 8-9 Months of Heavy Tremolo use, but with a slight adjustment with a hex key, I'm good to go for another 8-9 Months or longer. I tried to adjust the Red Bishop Spring to make sure it was Tight??During Recording you can hear the Click, primarily "Clean Guitar" if your using Distortion/High Gain you won't hear-it but you'll feel-it??? the RB won't Wobble but definitely CLICKS. Floyd Rose is Superior!!!!!

Rock solid, and stays where you put it!
I've used pretty much ever variation of Floyd Rose bar you can think of, and this one wins - the tension is no-tools adjustable, the pop-in/pop-out is much more robust than the version Floyd sells, and the execution of the bar is more in line with original two-wrench style. Pricey, but still recommended.

Neat trem arm upgrade, more difficult to install than normal arm.
This arm worked great. The install is more involved than a normal trem arm and required removal of the bridge or putting the bridge at an extreme angle.
