Easy to understand, INSTANTLY applicable
A great introduction to how the condition of the body is affected by way more than what we can just see at a quick glance. The book makes it easy to understand how to get ourselves (and KEEP ourselves) on track, in a way that fits into any modern lifestyle. I use some of the exercises every day now and my digestion and posture have definitely improved. Can't wait to work in more little by little. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

Great guide to connecting mind and body
The book was easy to read and the energy principles were easy to understand. Exercises were well explained and illustrated. If you want to try a different 'style' of yoga, which is really all about connecting mind and body, I really recommend you check out this book.

Change Your Energy- Change Your Life
This book is an amazingly simple way to exercise through self- healing methodologies based on Tai Chi, Yoga and Gi Gong. All of these ancient practices recognize that well- being is based on balance and alignment within ourselves. I have been a Body N Brain practitioner for a year now and have lost weight, healed digestive and TMJ issues as well as become more peaceful and self-accepting. This book is an amazing tool for simple exercises that improve your circulation and boost immunity. You won't regret it!

The basics, perfectly written.
As I practitioner of body and brain yoga I was always curious to learn more of all the terms and principles that underline the practice. This book was an all in one simple and easy to understand guide of what this practice is. Why it is the way it is. And where it all comes from.
