A Comforting Companion
I didn’t buy this particular bear from this owner but I was gifted this bear by the hospital after my first leg surgery. Bixby was a item of comfort during the following years and was joined by the beanie baby moose after a second surgery three years later. I got rid of Bixby and Co. because despite the comfort Bixby gave me, Bixby had too much pain and sadness from those years and he made me cry. Now as I finally begin to heal from that time in my life, seeing Bixby makes me smile :) I hope anyone reading this can find the same comfort from Bixby as I did. He is a wonderful companion.
