Formula has changed, thinner consistency
It looks like both the packaging and formula have changed. The packaging formula change is fine. However, the formula is now much thinner in consistency than it was last time I tried this product. This product used to have an almost balm consistency, but now it has consistency of a regular conditioner. This is fine, but if you are looking for something thicker this is not it.

Wonderful product
Got this as a sample in some “hello bubble” hair dye and had to get the full. I’ve home dyed my hair so many times now, but always get comments on how soft my hair is- pretty much all because of this. Highly recommend
