I normally wear size 36 pants or L, for these I had to order a size up as my thighs are thick and muscular so keep that in mind when ordering

It's not wrong sizing for wetsuit it's supposed to is it like a second skin so make sure you don't listen to the people saying it's to small get a bigger size I am 5'11 190 pounds and I got xxl when I should have gotten a large now the legs are to long and fit to loosely having to pull them up over and over if I got the large instead I would be happy
