It's an ok product.. Ofcors U can't unduly stretch it with all ur power.... It will tear off.. But for beginners it's good.. For sumone who is beginning work out.. Go for it..

The band is good which has nice stretchablity but i find the band very unprofessionally finished since the sides are uneven and if they could have provide the handles also to hold them, it would be nice then. I got cosco band later from nearby shop at same price and its really nice than this one.

Worst product ever got from Amazon.The band got torn to two pieces while working out in 15 days use. Bad product.Dont ever buy this product. I am unable to get replacement as the window is only ten days. This happened in fifteen days..

Provide best quality thera band in affordable price. But sometimes they fool us by showing some colour and delivering different. But superior quality product.I bought it 2 time. 1st gose for 5 month which is unexpected because i used many branded band but they got only 2 to 3 month.It is long lastingGood priceValue for money.Good thicknessVery long length.Thank you.
