Gold Medal Groomers Ear Powder (30 Grams)

This product really worked well for my dog. A couple of months ago, I noticed my dog was shaking his head, and scratching his ear until it got bloody. I tried a vinegar peroxide flush on his ear, and a whole bunch of wax washed out, and his ear was wet and raw and very smelly. I went on every two or three days with this type of flush, but his ear did not get any better. I then did some reading and saw this product, and decided to give it a try. I purchased this product, the combination dry ear lotion, and a dog ear powder. I noticed improvement after the first treatment. However, I still have to put the cone collar on the dog to prevent him from over scratching his ear to this day. After several months, I only have to use the three product treatment about once or at most twice a week. His ears are now flushed with a dilute warm water vinegar using a plastic bulb tip applicator several times, followed by the wash cleaner, dry lotion, and powder. I'm happy to report both his ears have a nice, healthy color, do not flush out loads of wax, and do not have any foul odor. The dog is happy, and I believe this combo has fixed up his ears without the expense of a vet. I'm very pleased with this product. It worked well for my dog, and it never irritated his ears. The product (s) have a nice clove smell that is pleasing as well. Strongly recommended.

I use this to keep the hair out of my dogs ears. It works amazingly and very easy. The hair comes right out and with absolutely no pain. I do not like any groomers to use the hemostats or tweezers to twist and pull the hair out. I'm a groomer and I've witnessed this and will never forget hearing the yelps and cries from dogs as they suffered through that horrible procedure. I just couldn't stand it. Using this powder is so easy and so humane and it goes fast. The dogs are not afraid and don't mind having this done, it feels good to them. I've always had very good outcomes when using this powder. It works great!! I just wished all groomers used this method, for all the dogs sake!!!!

The product itself works great just hard for a first time user, sometimes it comes out easily other times I need to squeeze it a bit more usually making more come out than I’d like. Really helped me grip while cleaning my dogs ears. It’s scent is fine to me as well.

I absolutely love this product I have 3 Shih tzu / Havanese / poodle mixes and this product helps pulling out ear hairs MUCH easier!!! It doesn’t really have a smell it’s almost like baby powder so it can get a bit messy. But overall a great buy! It’s a ton of power for the price and you only really need a bit. Although my dogs don’t like the initial small gust of air from the squirt bottle producing the powder. But other than that it’s awesome! But hey who likes air being blown into their ears?!? 😂👍🏽 **But just a extra notes I would DEFINITELY recommend getting an ear cleanser liquid to help remove excess powder and wax buildup!!

Worked well

This very fine powder works for healing small woods,itching ears and doesn't smell....my Doberman loves it...when i'm about to apply it to her she already knows it's for her own comfort, so lays down and flip around on her back and lets me apply it to her , this powder is so fine and light , iuse a q tip to apply or with my fingers, dogs don't like blowing air to their ears, so I recommend to open the container, don't squeeze it to their ears or wherever because you might make a mess and waste the product. This works great for my Aliyah my Doberman..she's kind of curvy..lol..so her belly skin fold over and sometimes they have redness and irritation in them, I apply this powder and the next 2 days she's fine and healed...but I make sure I used every couple days because she has those belly rolls and I don't want her to get any continuous rashes....So yea this works for me...

Very easy to use, don't need very much at all so the price is worth it since it will last a long time. The smell is good and does exactly what it says it will do. I have a 4-month-old poodle who doesn't like to have his ears cleaned so when I get to get in there I need the product to work good and fast. It makes it very easy to grab the hair. I will definitely buy this again.

I like this product except that it is hard to get enough powder out of the tip, so every time I want to use it, I need to open the bottle, pour some powder on my hand and apply it manually to my dog. The applicator tip seems to have too small of a hole for enough powder to come out. Otherwise, the product gets the job done!

L’ho utilizzata per il mio shitzu che ha una grossa crescita di peli nelle orecchie e mi sono trovata benissimo, facile da utilizzare, una volta applicato basta lasciarlo in posa qualche minuto per poi procedere delicatamente alla rimozione dei peli nell’orecchio del vostro cagnolino, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, consigliatissimo

Limpia super bien las orejas, facilita quitar todo el pelo muerto.

Ma chienne sort d'une otite qui fût très difficile à soigner. J'ai trouvé et testé ce produit pour l'entretien de ses oreilles et en prévention. Je suis satisfaite, cela nettoie et assèche l'oreille, c'est qui lui fallait car les oreilles des St-Bernard sont lourdes et retiennent facilement l'humidité même après un séchage avec une serviette. Je l'utilise donc 1fois/semaine et lui sèche les oreilles avec une serviette après chaque balade. Je recommande. PS: une "notice" en français serait appréciable.J'ai passé une nouvelle commande de ce même produit, que j'ai reçu le 30/09 dans le temps mais j'ai remarqué que l'opercule du pot à été ouvert... c'est déplaisant.La poudre est bien présente en quantité, seulement j'espère que sa qualité n'a pas été altérée. Petite déception suite à cela, j'enlève donc une étoile sur cette nouvelle commande. Au vendeur de vérifier les produits qu'il envoie.

Great product, as advertised. Made my dogs ear hair come off nicely, dried out her ear canals. No more infections since I used it. Yes you might need to tap the bottle to loosen up the powder, especially if you haven't used it in awhile, but that's not a biggie. I used it between my dogs toes, where it stays moist when she goes out, and it itches her, absorbed the moisture quick, I haven't seen my dog biting on her paw since!
