Worked right out of the box. Easy to operate to adhere to and remove from glass. Used it on a glass shower door so was concerned about the weight, but no worries there.

Although I don't use suction cups that often, when you need them they better be good. These cups came highly rated and they proved their mettle! The glass door I had to install was moved easily with this product. The suction was firm and accurate. No movement and terrific hold. I highly recommend this product.

Used them twice recently

Worked well, keep eye on handle to keep pressure up. Granite finish was semi porous so suction cup was expected to lose suction. It lasted and held very large heavy stone long enough to lift carry and mount without concern. Liked red line on handle to indicate loss of pressure, easy increase with push of button.

Made moving multiple fish tanks way easier and no risk of smashing fingers.

I purchased 4 of these cups for a job I had coming up. One of the cups will only hold vacuum for a max of 2 minutes. Unfortunately, my job was delayed which caused me to miss the 30 window return window by 7 days! Really?? A 30 day return window? Ummm... if they were selling a good product, they would have a normal return policy. It's cut short because the life cycle is't expected to be long!

Bought two one broke on the third use and will not hold

I used them to install 4'x2' shower tiles and was very happy with them. This was smooth porcelain. I haven't had a chance to try them on a textured tile.
