The taste is the problem
They might be good for your immunity but they taste horrible. I got them for my teen age daughter. She put one in her mouth then spat it. She could not bear the taste or the texture. The same happened to me when I took one.

Couldn't use it, bought 3 of them. Just tried once, Terrible test ((( and I got problems with stomach (((. I will not buy again.
