The worst purchase ever!
My family hadn't had a L/R set for over 5 years. I bought this and just getting it delivered was a hassle. The seller was not helpful. The pieces arrived in broken boxes and the pieces themselves were damaged. The color is more of a green than the beautiful grey they have on the photos on the site. The stitching isn't even straight on any piece. I tried getting them replaced. They offered $99 to fix the issues. I went through the seller for a return and was denied. I went through Amazon and they were NO HELP AT ALL. After months of going back and fourth, and 6 claims, I was denied any type of refund. Amazon said to refuse the purchase through my bank. Unfortunately so much time had gone by, my bank denied my claim. I have been stuck w these awful pieces for a year and they are worse. The color is worse. I have spent money on covers. The seats are so uncomfortable that even my puppy refuses to sit on them, they are awful. The pieces clip on. The chair is broken. I purchased insurance and am now dealing with them. Wish me luck! DO NOT PURCHASE!
