Oh my goodness I luv these breath gels, not only do they seem to work at eliminating the breath odors but they are also simply & naturally made with Parsley Seed oil, Peppermint Oil, Spearmint Oil, omega3 oil, all tucked inside of a soft gel capsule and even the bottle is good, it's made from 100% recycled material. I have been known to pop 3 at once but the instructions do say to take 1-2 caps (daily) after a meal, before going to bed or upon waking up. My favorite way to take them is on an empty stomach, I cannot explain how/why but when I do that, about 10-20 minutes later I get this wonderful and sometimes cooling release of air when I exhale, lol, I know that sounds strange but thats what happens, as I'm exhaling through my nose I can smell the minty freshness coming from the back of my throat right out my nose....and I luv it! Like I said, not sure how it happens but its both calming and euphoric at the same time.

I was take nature's way chlorofresh pills for months. Two pills a day. I just brought I added two of these pills and now I have extreme confidence that I can't smell my stomach from my mouth. I drink plenty of water too. But I encourage you to take after you eat. Or if you intend to not eat after taking them the results will last longer. Eat when you are not being social. My suggestion because then it will not work.

Didn't work as advertised.

This product does NOTHING about breath. Just a few peppermint burps. Waste of money.

Taste good and doesn't upset my stomach, breath tadte fresh

These little pills neutralized our 17 year old son’s horrible, chronic bad breath. One pill lasts between 1-2 days. He does burp a lot more after taking these. Without these pills his breath is best described as rotten - you can smell his breath when we walks into a room.He’s taken 2 pills so far: one on Fri and one on Sun.
