I purchased this item because even with the standard adapters for Presta valves, I could not get my air compressor to work on the Presta valves. This item allowed my air compressor to work on these valves. I did notice that the fit is somewhat tight on the Presta valves; even with the locking lever disengaged you have to work with it to get it off the valve. Nevertheless, it does work well, and having one attachment that accommodates both types of valves without having to use adaptors or change attachments is a plus.

I wish I knew this existed years ago - makes filling my bike tires a snap. It's durable and functions perfectly. I recommend to anyone tired of pumping and pumping to fill their bike tires.

Great product for bike riders!
This is a great tire inflator for mountain bike riders and road bike riders. The dual head makes this versatile for your air compressor to rapidly fill your tires with air.I use this with my tubeless tire preparation since the inflator clamps onto the valve and makes it easy to hold the rim.

but if it holds up for a year or two I'll be happy.
4/13/16 EDITI've now had this gauge for several months and have gotten some use out of it. The Schraeder valve side works well and has held up to use. It clamps on to my car stems well and does a good job. The Presta valve side has not fared so well. As mentioned in my original post, the fit is very tight on stems that I had and were threaded. Even with the clamp off, I have to pull with all my force to get it on and off the stem. I have now tried on several bikes and have the same issue. I also recently switched tubed on my wife's bike, and they are the smooth stem version. The gauge does slide onto these relatively easily--like I'd expect--and does a good job. If it weren't for the overly tight fit, to the point of non-usability, on the threaded stems this would be excellent. The other BIG issue that I recently discovered is regarding the the accuracy of the gauge. Up until a few weeks ago, the gauge would read 0psi with no pressure and I assumed all was well. Just the other day, I noticed that it now doesn't return to 0psi without pressure, but rather stays around 10psi when not connected. Even worse, I pumped a car tire up to what it said was 40psi and then checked with two other gauges, both of which said I was actually at 55psi--that just seems borderline dangerous to me.The gauge worked well at first, but seems to be failing pretty quickly after purchase. This is also a replacement unit that was sent after the first one arrived defective. Overall, I'd say you should probably spend a little more on a nicer gauge if you have the choice.Original ReviewVery tight on all stems that I've tried. You really have to push the thing on there and jerk on it to pull it off. Aside from receiving a broken one the first time (which was promptly exchanged) it has worked well. It feels a little cheap for how much it costs, but if it holds up for a year or two I'll be happy.

I love the functionality of the unit
I love the functionality of the unit. It did come with a small crack in the plastic gauge window that doe not affect performance. I sent a message to the shipper and did not get a response. To bad as the product is great.

Works like a charm.
I needed something with which to inflate my Presta valve bicycle tires without having to mess with adapters and separate pressure gauges, and this gets the job done nicely. The valve has a lock lever, but that hasn't proven necessary on the Presta valves I've used it on. Even when inflating to 110 psi, it's enough to simply press the valve head down on the valve, and pull it off when done. I'd buy it again.

Way better than screw on adapters, but after 3 months, the chuck is not working properly.
So nice to have a better way to fill Presta valved tires, than screw on adapters that don't depress the valve properly. For simple tire filling, it would be better if the gauge only went to 150psi, but I imaging some people are buying them to adjust suspension. Dual quick connect head works, but even with lever released is a very tight fit. I've bashed my knuckles trying to get the head off of the valve quickly, a couple of times.Update (April 26, 2017) - After 3 months of once a week use, on my two bicycles, I can no longer use it on Schrader valves. Air just leaks out of the unused Presta side of the chuck. I'm disappointed that it has failed so quickly and there doesn't seem to be any warranty or way to contact SportsnAir, for a replacement chuck.

... it up to an old compressor and it worked like a charm
Finally hooked it up to an old compressor and it worked like a charm. Was able to get a seal on my "stan's" on a cx tire immediately.
