THE SOUND IS GREAT ON OUR AIRBOAT. IT HAS BEEN THROUGH 2 BAD RAIN STORMS AND STILL WORKS GREAT. I DO NOT HAVE ANY DISLIKES.

I've had coolers for over 40 years and this one probably cost more the all of my earlier ones combined - IT IS WELL WORTH IT!I thought I was getting a good cooler with an adequate stereo. It's an outstanding stereo with a very good cooler. I took it camping Labor Day Weekend and everybody enjoyed it. Taking turns with Bluetooth was very communal. We were camping on 65 acres so it will probably never get a similar workout in my suburban neighborhood. There is plenty of volume to annoy your neighbors - if you're so inclined.Battery life was good, it held ice into the third day and the sound was outstanding.Minor, minor complaints:The quality of the latch and the cover on the control panel are not as robust as I'd like. Because of the latch, I kept it unlatched most of the weekend and this may have reduced ice life. The cooler is heavy so unless you put it on a table, the control panel cover is only a foot off the ground so it's hard to view. Breakage seems likely - especially with friends unfamiliar with the unit. Speaking of the control panel, when you turn Bluetooth on it tells you it is "Initiaizing" (the missing "l" probably only annoys me). I will spend 99% of the time using Bluetooth but it would be nice to know how to preset the radio. The instruction manual makes not mention of this and the responses to this question here only say that you can preset stations. I have no idea how.Great unit. I bought the extended warranty but after last weekend, I don't think I'll need it.Very happy with this!

First, the battery wouldn't charge because one of the wires was disconnected from the battery terminal. Easy fix, but frustrating that it did not work right out of the box.Then I started experimenting with the functionality. The equalizer button doesn't work, the radio does not return to the last station you were on after changing input modes or turning it off and back on, and the remote only works at about 6' straight on with the front cover down. Numerous inconsistencies in the user interface (cycling through modes doesn't include Bluetooth, no Bluetooth button on remote, impossible to get to radio presets from remote, impossible to turn it on with the remote unless the physical switch is on). These are mostly minor issues and annoyances.The biggest major issue with this thing, though, is that it will only stay on for AT MOST 30 minutes before rebooting itself. Once it starts doing this, the reboots start happening sooner and sooner, sometimes within just a few seconds. When it reboots, it always starts back up in Bluetooth mode, regardless of what mode was being used. I sent Sondpex Customer Service an email two weeks ago and have not gotten any response from them yet. Maybe I just got a lemon, as there are several glowing reviews of this thing, but I am not impressed one bit.Oh, and I laugh at anyone who says the sound quality is great. It's not. It's highly distorted with the volume up over halfway, and the bass is not very clear at any volume. It gets the job done though.Edit: Sondpex finally got back to me and sent me a shipping label to send back the entire front panel for a replacement. We'll see if it fixes the issues.Edit2: I received the replacement front panel, and when it arrived, the radio did not work at all. I had to reset the electronics by unplugging and reconnecting the battery, then it started working again. The rebooting issue seems to be gone, so I've got that going for me. This thing has a lot of potential to be awesome with some further electronics and software development, but for now, it's adequate.

Why are my speakers going out? I love this cooler and use it weekly in my garden for garden trainings and events. But in less than a year my speakers are not working and I almost always have to have it plugged in to turn on. This is killing me as I use this thing weekly and now it is such a bummer because it is not working properly.

We purchased this cooler recently. All of us love it. The blue color is bright and the size of cooler is good that can be filled with enough drinks and food for many people. The sound came out from the Sondpex speakers is awesome and loud. You can easily turn the volume up and down. When we used it for a picnic and yoga workouts. we got a lot of good comments from my family and friends. Some people even stopped by to ask this cooler and where we purchased it.One of the good things is that the built-in rechargeable battery can last a long time. We used it once in our backyard for long hours and we forgot to recharge. I got a little worry at the beginning when we used it the next day, but it was very amazing that there was no trouble at all and the battery lasted another 4 hours. The MP3 player makes music easy to play - from USB drive, SD card, and cell phone through Bluetooth.Overall we are very pleased with this cooler. The price is reasonable and the sound quality is good. Since it is so easy to carry on, we carry it whenever we are on the road.

Love it just no way to get new or more parts if you lose or break something

Everything works well. Sound is clear but lacks base so only 4 stars. *note* The sound equalizer only works for SD cards and USB thumb drives, not with Bluetooth.
