Q: For those who purchased the size medium and large gloves, what size ring do you wear? I just want to make sure I am ordering the correct size.

I wear a size 9 man's ring and the medium size fits me like a glove (pun intended). That said, I have a hunch that ring size is not very predictive of hand size. Look at Donald Trump, for instance, he has very chubby fingers that are extremely short.

Q: Are they durable enough for grabbing onto trees and boulders all day long without ripping?

I've never used them in that manner, but they seem to be strong enough to withstand that type of usage for a day. For how many days, I couldn't guess, but I think one day wouldn't be a problem.

Q: Are these the warm, warmer, or warmest version?

The hangtag says that they are in Manzella’s “warmer” category. The problem is that they dont even qualify for warm. The fit runs tight, which constricts blood flow and will make your fingers cold. They are also extremely thin, kind of like a thick rubber glove, and conduct heat away from the hands quickly. Windproofness adds nothing to their warmth.

Q: what is the size of large and x-large?

I don't know the answer in number sizes but I have pretty small hands and the large fits me very well. So I'm guessing their large is more like a typical Medium.
