I was so excited to receive my wig especially because this product had such amazing reviews... little did I know I would be so disappointed. The hair was soft, which was probably the only good thing about this product! I chose the 18 inch and it was the length of a bob. The color was not black, it was more of a dark brown. I already knew something was off when I picked up the package and realized how light it was, there was no weight to it. When I opened it I realized it was because the hair was not think whatsoever. I'm greatly disappointed...

The hair density is very poor it is not a 150 it feels like a 130 the style that is presenting when you look at it before you purchase it is not the style that it comes in when you receive it after you purchase it the reason why I rated A3 due to it is soft but poor quality if you looking for a density 130 and low then the wig maybe for you so the price would be unreasonable due to the density and what a presents to be and when you get it it's not 🦋😩And the eyelashes was poor those eyelashes wasn't even worth the money that they spent on putting them in that bag they when you lift them up from off of the case they so gluey and rubbery that they bounce back or pop off and tare. I WROTE THE COMPANY VIA EMAIL AND STATED I WANTED MY MONEY THEY STATED THAT THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY UNLESS I LIE ABOUT THE PRODUCT AND I STATED TO THEM TO KEEP IT. DUE TO I WILL NEVER LIE ABOUT THE PRODUCT DUE TO ITS A POOR PRODUCT. SEND ME MY MONEY

This wig is complete trash. It is thin, scraggly and uneven all over. I wish I could give it zero stars. The one start is for it's softness. This wig looks nothing like the pictures. I hate to say it but I will never purchase a wig of Amazon again and definitely not from this seller. This is the first time I have ever purchased a wig online and/or through Amazon. I had high hopes due to all the positive reviews and ratings, however this wig is a big let down. It's garbage and the seller should be ashamed of themselves.Revised 11/9/19The seller contacted me and offered to send me a new wig free of charge due to my prior disappointment. I was initially reluctant however after much consideration I agreed. The new wig came shortly after. The hair was soft. It was true to length and this time much fuller. I give this seller 4 stars for her customer service and desire to rectify the matter. However it does not change the fact that my initial purchase was bad and I would still not purchase from seller again.

Received the wig this morning and I must say I already love it. Really soft, going to style it tonight and maybe install tomorrow. Have ordered hair from ucrown before (which I currently have installed) and all the hair I have received so far has been BEAUTIFUL!!!!!

I love the texture of this hair very soft no shedding what so ever ! The only thing I think should be changed on this wig is the lace top part because it’s cut up down up down in a wave type of figure so it’s kind of weird when it’s being fitted it the top but some how I made it look good I just wish it was straight across instead of the wave pattern .

This is my first time buying and wearing a wig. Read a lot of the reviews and decided to go for it. I am in LOVE with it. It fills super light on my head, and the hair feels better than any human hair extensions I’ve used. Even after cutting bangs and styling, it barely shed. The lace is a little dark, but I expected that. So I just blended it up into the hairline with make up. I just ordered a second one from the same seller. Highly recommended for a beginner wig. Plus it comes with eyelashes and a cap. ❤️❤️

I was looking for a sexy king human wig something totally different from what I normally wear for special occasions and this wig did not disappoint. It looks like the picture, great density and quality. The price was very affordable for the length. I was updated on expected delivery and it arrived as the seller said it would be.I also received a pair of sexy lashes which I love. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

I was encouraged to purchase this hair based on the awesome reviews. I just received the item today, needless to say I was disappointed. I ordered a 14 inch , this is definitely not 14 inches it falls at my neckline appears to be more 12 inches. It has an unusual smell and there are short hair tracks showing all over as if fillers are used. The eye lashes and cap are a good touch, not worth the money in my opinion- I am returning this item.
