First off, I'd like to say that this is not a miracle product. The initial reviews from those that received discounted products made it appear to be some miracle product. Of course I was skeptical, since I was buying this because nothing else worked. The only other salicylic acid product I used was a much lower concentration, so I'm not sure if other 2% SA products work for me, or if there is something else in this product that works.It worked for me, but results didn't show up until I had been using it for over a MONTH. So those reviewers that stopped using it after a few days and gave it a negative review did not try it long enough. After about a month, my acne almost completely cleared up (I was using a combination of a neutral facial cleanser and a 0.5% SA moisturizer). When I'm actively using it at least once a day, only mild pimples appear, and they are small and not red or painful. If I stop using it, I usually have about a day of good skin, and by the second day it's back to pretty harsh acne. If I go back to using it, it's usually gone in two more days.This product is also not inconvenient to use like it may seem. Just use about 3/4 of a full dropper and spread it around your entire face, preferably after its been washed. Apply a moisturizer after letting it dry a bit. It has an odor, but it's extremely mild, and smells somewhat like a very dilute rubbing alcohol. Not bad at all. You can feel it tingle a bit for a few seconds, but again, it's not harsh.I will probably try something a bit cheaper after I run out of this, but I know this works, so I will absolutely return to it if alternatives fail.

So far I haven't seen a difference with my acne. It leaves a bit of a sticky residue that wipes and rolls off my face in bits. I feel like it isn't penetrating my skin/pores. But Ive only started to use it a little bit and will decide how I feel when I empty the bottle.I have dry/acne prone sensitive skin and it doesn't burn me. It does however dry out my skin. I recommend a light lotion pairing.

After reading the reviews, I was excited to try this product. It doesn't seem to do much for me, but nothing does. However, I discovered that if I pair it with a benzyl peroxide product and use them both twice a day (I wouldn't recommend that for anyone else, but my skin is extremely oily and I've been dealing with cystic acne for 40 years, so I've tried everything!) that the combination did seem to help. I do like the way my skin feels after using it--not oily and not dry--just normal!

THIS PRODUCT REALLY WORKS. I AM ON MY SECOND BOTTLE NOW AND WILL PROBABLY CONTINUE WITH IT FOR A WHILE. THIS STUFF WILL EVENTUALLY STOP ANY LARGE SCALE OUTBREAKS AND HELP YOU TO BRING INFECTIONS UNDER CONTROL.A failed supplement related experiment left me with a sudden onset of adult acne. I tried various solutions including face washes and creams containing Benzoyl Peroxide and Salicylic Acid (up to​ 10% concentration) with little effect. I stumbled upon this product while looking for an alternative option and was very sceptical about the various positive review (seemed too good to be true!!). But this serum has really brought my adult acne issue into a manageable arena. I still do get a little blister here and there but this stuff has totally eliminated any major infections/swellings.I AM USUALLY QUITE LAZY WHEN IT COMES TO WRITING REVIEWS. BUT THIS PRODUCT IS EFFECTIVE AND HENCE DESERVES RECOGNITION. I AM ALSO NOT GETTING ANY FROM OF DISCOUNTS/GIFTS FROM THE MANUFACTURER DUE TO THIS REVIEW.

It has a strong potent smell of lemon. It also has a tacky feeling when placed on the face, I do feel it's more of a spot treatment more than facial treatment and or moisturizer. For the price and the experience I will not be repurchasing this product

Good stuff! I have rosacea and can usually keep it under control...but a few time a year I'll get a horrible flare up usually triggered by something I've eaten or a new product I'm using. It can be hard to pinpoint the cause and once it starts I feel like I'm playing Wack-a-Mole on my face with painful pimples and irritation. I get one to start healing and three more pop up somewhere else. It feels like it will never end and I get to where I don't even want to leave the house! This serum helped to stop the cycle of new bumps forming and healed the existing pimples. It just seemed to sooth all the irritation. I put it on before bed and when I woke up my skin already looked brighter and smoother. Really happy I gave it a try.

I was SO excited about this product and was really hopeful that I finally found a potent and effective solution to my constant battle with oily skin, acne, and their accommodating scars.After using the entire container, here is what I experienced...Positives:- Light and clean formula- Absorbed immediately- Smells like Vitamin C and Glycolic Acid (although not in the ingredients)- Does not burn/irritate at allNegatives:- Feels very sticky on skin- Made my skin more oily over time- Did not see significant improvement of acne and scarsI wouldn't buy this product again because my skin becoming sticky and more oily than before was pretty off-putting enough.

I'm a big fan of this serum and think it's a great beauty hack/secret. Why pay $60 for a smaller bottle of anti-acne serum at Sephora or Ulta that works less well and has fewer proven-to-work ingredients? This is one of the only cosmetic products I'm planning on rebuying -- usually I get bored of something before I'm done with the bottle and want to move on to something else. I've been using this for the past 2 months and it really has kept my acne in control. I just apply it every time I wash my face (usually twice a day). It has a bit of a chemically smell but I don't mind it because I know it's the chemicals that are working wonders on my skin.
