Ok, so I’ve never used a yoga swing before, it looked fun and I decided it was time to get one. I’ve never seen one live, so I do not have a frame or reference to compare, I’m sure different level of quality and craftsmanship are available, that being said I feel this swing was a smoking deal! As I was shopping and comparing swings I came across this one which was not only black - the color I was seeking, but under $40, hardware included. Most of the swings I saw came in obnoxious pastel colors, hardware not include and $59-$99.1. The order arrived quick! Like 2 days, and it’s covid19 time 6/2020 so shippings isn’t always punctual.2. It was well packaged and the swing comes in a little nylon draw string bag for storage when not in use. The swing itself feels like parachute material. It seems well made and is nice to look at. It has padded handles and plastic clip adjusters for the fabric. And four locking carabiners, to clip to ceiling hooks.3. The mounting hardware was included BUT only included concrete anchors not wood screw bolts which I needed for my installation. You’ll need 1/4” X 2” screw bolts for wood installation, I picked them up for $2.64 at home depot.4. The instructions are terrible, as in they won’t help much, because they don’t have enough information. the measurements are in centimeters, so there is that too. If you’re not the handy type, you may want to thrown down the extra $20 and get a swing with well written installation instructions. Or pay someone to install for you. Falling from the ceiling would certainly suck!5. You will need a 7/16 socket tip for your drill and small bit to make a pilot hole.6. After a trip to the store for the correct screws, installation was a quick and hassle free,- mark the holes. Drill the holes, insert the bolts using the socket on your drill. Easy peasy! Time to swing!

This has been amazing for my kids! They have enjoyed this everyday since we got it in April, which has come along with many arguments over whose turn it is. Installed from basement drop ceiling. This was money very well spent. It has helped my daughters flexibility as well, the point of purchasing it. Just happens many hours of enjoyment came with it too.

Bough as a gift for my granddaughter after she seen the one I have I liked this one better than the one I have it came with instructions on how to use properly

This swing is extremely sturdy, easy to assemble and can be hung easily from a tree, rafter etc. I'm using mainly for inversion therapy for my back pain...I have to say it has made a huge difference.

I am not into yoga so i did not purchase this for its intended use. I bought it as a fun addition to my kids’ playroom. And what fun it is! For mom, dad and the kids! My 5, 8 and 11 year old girls are thoroughly enjoying it ... and getting some much needed exercise :) Its like a hanging mini jungle gym. Everyone should have one of these.

This is a great exercise / swing device. I put it in my garage so kids can play. They love it and use it a LOT. They swing and always create new “performance move/tricks” while improving their coordination and getting stronger. One of the best purchases I’ve made.

The swing itself is exactly what we wanted but the mounting hardware was not very good. I am sure it would have held but not the easiest to work with. It was not designed to mount to the edge of a 2x4 so you will have to do some work upstairs. I chunked them and bought different hardware that was better made and easier to install.

Works great for intended purpose.
