Better quality than expected at this price. It fit perfectly with lots of room to adjust. If you are looking for a lot of support, this is not for you. If you want light support that easily fits under clothes, then this should work.

I loved this product the size was right on when ordering. Also with the adjustable Velcro can go smaller (tighter)or larger(looser). Wearing under my work clothes it is not noticeable having any bumps or Bugles. It lays smooth. It helps with my back pain and holds my stomach flat. I wear it every day.

I only wish that there were more stays in the back for more support!

This back brace fit perfectly, but no support at all “, especially for the lumbar area. I don’t recommend at all. There are braces braces out there that I ordered from here in Amazon.

It does give support - its lighter in weight and thinner in look than most back support belts which is great. You can wear under tops and nobody can see it. I love it. This is perfect to wear to work or going out - under your suit, under a dress or a top.

Definitely cut for women with comfort in mind, light weight and easy to wear under clothes if needed, does not cut into legs when seated. Stays keep it from curling down and helps keep it in place all day.

This is NOT a back brace. If you only want something of a light compression for your back, it will do - if you actyally want a back brace that helps sciatica, or other type of srioys back pain, it doesn't do a thing.
