I bought this for my mother-in-law for Christmas. I wrapped the box it arrived in. When she opened the box the folding support frame and the lower holding rail were completely detached. It appeared to be sufficiently wrapped (with bubble wrap) but somehow did not hold up through the postal system. While slightly disappointed at the unveiling, it wasn't a total loss. The wood was still in the sections. A little wood glue and a fresh set of nails fixed it up just fine. Overall, this was a nice gift and my mother-in-law seemed to love it.

Was excited to get it so soon. Initially thought it was a great product as a gift for my mom. Then I noticed one of the hinges was missing a pin. For the amount of money spent, you'd think the assembly would be good. Thankfully I am handy and can fix it myself but I shouldn't have had to.
