Nice microwave to go with my built-in oven
The Cosmo microwave was easy to install and looks like it was installed professionally. It works very well and I was able to cook food in the microwave with no issues. The time was easy to set and the popcorn button worked without issue as my wife was able to make a bag of popcorn without burning it. A good choice!

Installation with Trim Kit
The DYI installation using Cosmo Trim Kit was quite easily done. The overall performance of the unit is excellent. I especially appreciate how quietly it operates.

Nice size
I like it but it has a dent in the front of the door . they sent me a new one it is perfectFollow up; they have replaced it I sent the old one back . They were great to deal with.Thankyou

Great microwave!
So easy to clean. Super easy to use and it heats and reheats meals evenly. We are very very happy with our purchase. We highly recommond it.

Cheap plastics in door mechanics broken within 4 months
Product worked fine initially. ~ 4 months from purchase, door button's (pops door open) inner plastic pieces that work the mechanism to spring door broke. Rendered useless because of this design flaw. Attempted to fix with super glue and almost successful until another cheap plastic part of the mechanism broke. Very frustrated with product and lack of quality. DO NOT BUY! Will be filing a product complaint. Consumer beware!!
