The only thing this phone doesn't have is 5G, but I could careless! With 5G not being available everywhere, all the controversy behind it, and the fact that I live in New England 5G is not a concern! Buy it if you want the best bang for your buck and you have a GSM Carrier!

Before I start it's worth noting for some that this phone is the INTERNATIONAL VERSION FOR LATIN AMERICA. That means no 5G or Snapdragon processor. I don't plan on using this phone too much in the United States so that's not an issue for me.I upgraded from the Galaxy S8+, and this is a noticeable difference. The screen is vibrant and very responsive. I've read poor reviews for the fingerprint scanner, but for me it has been super fast and responsive. The Exynos processor does very well and the phone doesn't feel sluggish at all. I'm also very happy with the lack of bloatware since this phone is unlocked. No more unremovable carrier apps! Also worth noting that this phone comes with a screen protector preinstalled straight out of the box. There is also a clear case included. You won't need to order any extras if you like clear phone cases and use a screen protector..The only thing that had me worried originally is that the box this seller provides is not sealed! So far, the phone does appear to be brand new, but be wary of this. If any hardware issues pop up, I'll have to edit this review. However, I am having no problems so far and am in love with this phone!

so far I love this phone......it takes a little bit of time getting to learn the phone but I like it. It has a lot of features my galaxy 9 didn't have. The screen is nice and big. The battery life seems great. I use my phone all day long and will still have at least 40% by night time. I think this is a great purchase to make.

For a low, low price you get a brand new phone you'll be happy. I know if the phone is damaged or has issues that I could return it. I gambled cause its really cheap, I know warehouse sometimes think cause the box is damage. Luckily, it was only a small portion of box, the phone was untouched or any issues. Thanks for the $500 discount.

The S20+ has a nice sized bright screen and great camera. My wife loves it. She hasn't used the fingerprint or face recognition access features. We have Consumer Cellular AT&T service and she has no complaints about coverage.

I purchased the Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus from WOOT in December 2020 as my birthday gift. I paid for a new phone yet still the box was not sealed or seemed to be new phone. The phone gets really hot when I'm using the camera and sometimes even freezes when I'm using it. It hasn't been 7 months as yet and the phone won't turn on or charge. I took it to a professional technician and was informed that the motherboard had a short circuit and was faulty!!! I am very very upset and now I don't have a phone to stay in touch with my family and friends.

Here we go.Purchased this because of the price. Cheaper than the snap dragon version. This is the international version.NO 5G!!!! So stop complaining.Physically no difference between the two.The camera on my s10+ went south. Will get it fixed. But this was a welcomed upgrade.The display is visibly sharper.Can you actually tell that the swipe left or right or load times are actually any faster than the s10? I cant. But that's me and I'm a crusty old dude.Also purchased this because I'm not in the US. World traveler. So it not working on a US Verizon network doesn't bother me. The s10+ was US. The s20+ international version is faster here on the overseas networks.Issues about heat? Not any hotter than the s10+. Put it in a decent case.There have been videos and reviews about the battery life. Yes. There is a noticeable difference. The s20+ international does consume battery faster than the s10+. It is noticeable. But just. Not a deal breaker. It will take you through the day and even the next if your not crushing games and YT and crazy resolutions. Had shipped from the states. Was left on for the trip. 8 days of shipping still had 2% when received from 60%.I have not set the phone to 120hz refresh rate. The phone is pretty stellar at the factory settings. I'm positive the battery life would suffer at higher resolution.I does everything that most cell phones have been doing for the past 5yrs. Its fast. Looks good. Was cheaper than a new s10+.NO BIXBY BUTTON! Thank you.I tip my hat to Samsung. The ease at which to transfer apps and info to the new phone was super easy and fast. A caveman could do it.Camera. It rocks. Crisp clear fast photos. I will probably never use its power to its full capabilities. nicer than the s10+. Im sure that will leave room for debate because my s10+ camera went on vaca. The options available are extensive.It would give 5stars. There is always room for improvement.I dig it. Its the new hottness. Does everything I would ever want and need. Edges out my old s10+ in a few areas.So if your on the fence between international and US version. Dont sweat it. I made the leap for the savings and Im happy with my purchase.Now get off your phone and go have an adventure!
