Love the hat, my second one. Lightweight and versatile, and the brim works perfectly.

This is a great hat for the outdoors. It’s very comfortable and has a great fit. The sun protection is great and can be used for many outdoor activities and has never blown off.

I bought this hat and yes...I thought it was really expensive at first, but now that I have spent money on cheaper ones, I realize why this quality hat costs more. I am trying to keep the sun off of my ears and face due to some issues with skin cancer. This hat is quality built, it floats (which I need while fishing or kayaking) and it is comfortable to wear. The fixed brim makes it stay up out of my eyes and doesn't look dorky like others I have bought. You can spend less and get a hat, but you'll hate the brim on most and they won't stand up to the quality of this hat.

This hat is very lightweight, comfortable, and fits as suggested. Out of the box, it fit perfectly. The sizing is right on. The size can easily be tightened if and when needed. I drive a Jeep with the top off and it holds onto my head when tightened. It provides enough cover from the sun and the front never loses shape. I have had other bookie hats and I loved them all, but I really like this one with its functionality.If you like hats like this, get one of these. I think you’ll like it.

I've been through so many boonie type hats that have been ruined by exposure to water or just lose shape so quickly that they aren't worth wearing anymore....until now. The Shelta Seahawk has held up to submersion in water, been battered with some pretty strong seaside winds as well. I would definitely recommend spending the extra money now rather than replacing inferior products over and over. The provide good sun protection albeit there are other lower quality hats that offer larger side protection if that's solely what you are looking for. You get what you pay for and with Shelta you get a true quality product.

Great hat. A bit expensive but it will last. Brim as described...thicker and hard to distort yet looks somewhat relaxed and matches the rest of hat. Light material, very minimal sweating. I have a huge 7 5/8 head and XXL fit perfect. The lanyard nice because detachable to just hanging out but can use it when hiking or more active

I love this hat. Planted a hillside flower garden and appreciated the sun protection on my head and neck. Can't wait to get out on my fishing kayak with the Seahawk. Very much recommend!
